How other forums do it is that you just have a 'multi-quote button' that you can select underneath a person's opst, and you can choose many posts with it, and then when you're ready to make your final quote you select the 'quote reply' option for the last post you're quoting, and the text box will display all of them in the order that you clicked them.

Basically, you "Tag" a person's post to quote and they will be quoted in the order that you tagged, all labeled and quoted and everything. (I would suggest the Giant in the Playground forums as an example)

Sponsor custom features, for if you pay money and Renovation of HC for things Val was doing for free, and those renovations are done.

would be awesome but i'm afraid massive quoting is against the rules, or so i have read, so i don't think it will be done. even in the wastelands it's forbidden, let alone another forum, simple answer: i don't think it will be done.
and i've came with an ultimate weapon, a clue:
"Threads which are created simply to be an eyesore or cause significant lag for members trying to view them will be penalized. This includes - massive quoting, filling the posting box with smilies / bb code, and stretching posts with either long strings of text or enormous photos."
