And even if you don't think dwarfs are the worst and dullest 'creature' ever imagined, then you'll have to agree that having 6 out of 7 units in a faction being of the same race is pretty damn boring.

Yes yes, I agree, but I always liked their Fire Dragons so I didn't totally hate that faction.
From the pics of the Compendium, Fortress'd look better (if a future installment feature them)

Oh yes, the Fire Dragon was really cool. Especially the way it moved, slow and impending doom...
Also loved the idea of the Thane and his upgrades. Such a cool unit, with awesome abilities.

Y'all dwarf haters can go straight to hell. I very much enjoy Fortress in H5 despite its drawbacks. I mean come on, tanky midgets with runes, can't get any better than that.

Speaking from the perspective of someone who has been playing these games since 1995 and like most of you was in constant hunger of more content (factions, skill tree, etc.), after the homm6 fiasco I would be glad to see that for the next game ( if there's gonna be one) Ubi would give enough resources (money and people wise) to make a playable game with some nice new developments.
