Feather is searching the one Vorbrin blasted. The one up ahead can be searched as the group heads that way.

Needless to say, the armor on the exploded one is sort of busted.

Was trying to find cost for something that did a level 1 spell once per day. Though, having 50 charges on a wand that only costs 750 isn't too bad.

From page 5:

gnomes2169 said:
The cost of a 1 charge/ day item depends on the spell's level. For an item that recharges each day, the cost is: (spell level^2)x1000x#of charges. So for a single use/ day item with a level 3 spell, you would have to spend (3^2 (aka 9))x1000x1, or 9000, gold. A level 9 spell would be 81,000 ... @-@ And this is why nice things cost bank.

Soooo short answer: it will be a nastier price for a higher level spell.

Ah. Thanks. I think I'll stick with the wand idea. Reread the description, and found that I could pay extra to give it a higher caster level. I might do that.

I'll take the katana of the guy who critted Geny and I. >_> I'll see if I can get it enchanted with a Merciful enchantment when we get back to the Material. Next time it crits someone, it will be for justice!

And maybe some of those voidwalker rations, on the off-chance of finding a use for them later. (Bribe our captive, anyone?)

Gnomes what would I roll to see if the journal is magic? Spellcraft?

Considering making the katana keen, just because that thing totally wrecked you guys... but nawwwwww. Go ahead and take that with you, it's still a normal katana and the only thing special about it is that it is masterwork.

Identifying magical properties is a spellcraft check, yes.

You were outside at the beginning of the game, and there was no sun up there when you were. So sunless sky is a thing you would know.

Anyone know of a way we can perma-kill that demon roach once we're done with it? Because IIRC it just goes back to Asmodeus if it 'dies' doesn't it?

It only actually dies if you kill it in hell, since that's where devils are reborn from or something like that. Outsiders are weird.

I notice, Kareeah, that you put down ?? on your sheet for the katana's weight. Just in case you didn't find it, the katana's stats can be found here. Though, maybe you found it, but don't know what size category it belongs in. Medium? Other?

Plus, Gnomes, how many knives came in that small brace of throwing knives? 2? 3? 3.5? I'd guess 3, since the other one had 2, but 1 was used on roach. And for it's stats, should I use the dagger, and maybe up the range, since they seem to be for throwing?

Thank you! All I found on the Katana was that you could use it one-handed with Exotic Weapon Proficiency, which wasn't terribly helpful. I assume it's medium-sized since the voidwalkers were using them and they appear nearly human, ergo I expect them to be about the same size as humans.

Edit:
Note to myself--the katana puts me at a Medium load.
