I think that Heroes 7 is undoubtedly gonna happen. What's really uncertain is the "how". My prediction is this: It will be slightly better than H6 but worse than H5. There will be a bugfest with vanilla as we've seen with H6. There will be bad plot. And bad art, neon colors everywhere. There will be bad implementation of mechanics. There will be things that'll make little sense. There will be less than 7 factions even with expansions.

Simply put, it will be another disaster. Mark my words. When it gets out, come back and read this and tell me I was wrong, I dare you.

Uh, what?  What difference did it make that there were more female creatures to recruit?  How does reducing the amount of available female units make the game more "realistic?"

I also disagree with your statement that many people care about the gender of the creatures in the game.  Honestly, you are the only poster in these forums that I can ever recall making it an issue.   Futhermore, I highly doubt that the inclusion of more or less female units will greatly impact the sales of Heroes 7.

Try googling "why are there many women in Heroes of Might and Magic 6" and you'll see that there are more of us.

What makes it more realistic?
The world we live in has very few female soldiers. Again, I'm not saying there are none, I'm saying there are few. I don't find female soldiers intimidating in any way. Plus, male creatures tend to be much cooler than than the average female creatures. It's just how it is. Male is the embodiment of strength.

Will it impact the sales greatly? I don't know. Heroes 6, the first political correct series didn't meet Ubi's sales expectations. You could argue that the reason behind the low sales was because of other reasons but the point is, no one cares if there are equal gender representation. Some people cares if there's none. We just want it to be more realistic.
I mean, as a businessman, would you go with +0 in sales than say +4? 4 is a greater number than 0 right?

Ancient mythology and Folklore BEG to differ with you.

Lilith/Lilim is not of biblical origin. As far as I know it's from Jewish folklore.

I know about Leviathan and Behemoth but I'm pretty sure Lilith is not. Lilith is part of a Jewish folklore tale which is not Canon not even for them, let alone for the Bible.

I deleted all the male/non gender monsters from the list, otherwise this list was much larger. This was only the females of the list.

I didn't cared about Biblical or Jewish monsters alone, so I joined them together just like I did with the English, Irish and Scottisch creatures, at first I wanted the biblical monsters at the leftover mythology camp, but then I saw that there were many biblical/Jewish monsters in the boss section so I added the group anyway.

Also i'm far from being a religious person, so for me they (the monsters from the bible, jewish folklore) are all myths and fake.

lol, well in my game the Bloody Mary is the Mirror Queen, Queen of the Mirror Demons (Fetch) and addicted to murder like in the real tale.

I don't know if she would be suitable for being a creature in a HOMM game, but she is a cool female monster anyway!

Nice list Plenty of names I have never seen before. This is what I was talking about, there are cool female mythological creatures to choose from without having to swap genders of existing ones.

That said, a female unit would break the monotony in otherwise male-dominated lineups. Like humans or dwarves. Even fortress would look more diverse if one of the dwarven units was female, something like the MMX dwarven scout. Similarly, an elven blade dancer would work fine regardless of gender.

Well here is the full list with males and non-gender-specific creatures left intact, you can judge yourself if the male creatures are better and cooler than the female ones.

I agree there are a lot of awesome male creatures, but the female ones aren't only pretty faces, many of them are fierce and awesome themselves.
