How to use a Playstation 2 as a mouse

In some situations you might want to do this, weather because you want to test your PS2 Controller or just have other weird-ass reasons. How, you ask? This is the way. If you have a USB converter for a PlayStation 2 controller, this is as easy as breathing(well, not really to that extent but whatever, it still is a piece of Devil Fruits.

Requirements:
-A PC running windows
-Internet Connection
-PS2 Controller USB Connector
-1 Piece of software.
-A brain that works:
+Following, Reading, Doing as said in and sharing the tutorial.
-Basic Computer Knowledge:
+Typing
+Clicking
+Downloading
+Installing
+Configuring
Optional:
-2 People(Needed for a sacrifice to an ISP if you don't have Internet Access.
-2 Beacons of knowledge.

Step 1:
Download JoyToKey

Possible Questions About Step:

*What is JoyToKey?
-JoyToKey is the software required for the process

*Where to download?
-There are 2 download buttons ("Download Joy2Key") on the upper right corner of the page, it's also notable that there are no difference in the links so any button works.

Step 2:
Connect the controller

Step 3:
Launch JoyToKey

Step 4:
Double-click the "Button 1" field and and click the "Mouse" button. Check the "Left Button" box and click "OK." Do the same thing for the "Button 2" field, but instead check the "Right Button" box.

Step 5:
Click the "Others" tab on the Joy2Key window and check the "Use Axes other than X and Y" and "Use POV switches" boxes. The face buttons on your controller should now control left- and right-clicking.

Step 6
Click the "Joysticks" tab, and double click on the "AxisX(<0)" item in the list. Click the "Mouse" button and move the horizontal scroll bar under "Cursor Movements" all the way to the left and click "OK."

Step 7
Double-click on the "AxisX(>0)" item in the "Joysticks" tab. Move the horizontal scroll bar next to "Cursor Movements" all the way to the right and click "OK."

Step 8
Double-click on the "AxisY(<0)" item in the "Joysticks" tab. Move the vertical scroll bar next to "Cursor Movements" all the way to the top and click "OK."

Step 9
Double-click on the "AxisY(>0)" item in the "Joysticks" tab. Move the vertical scroll bar next to "Cursor Movements" all the way to the bottom and click "OK."

Step 10
Now you should have fun controlling your mouse with your controller.
If the directions are reversed, then you need to invert the position of the scroll bars in each setting.
Please note that you need to leave the program running for you to continue using the controller as mouse.

I have a PS2-to-USB connector, actually. It doesn't work very well, and according to Amazon reviews, all of them are bad.

Thanks, i never thought someone in this whole community would say that to me
also, you could try that for a controller made for PC. i tried that and it works, and it might be that your connector needs to go to the retirement home.
you reminded me of this.
