Might & Magic announcement at Gamescom'14?
As reported by Celestial Heavens news, Ubisoft has set up a counter of something (most likely an announcement) related with Might & Magic at this year Gamescom.
The counter ends on day 13 of August at 12:00 a.m. CEST. Gamescom takes places on 13-17 of August, so stay tuned!

Ok, now this might be something. I was starting to think that it was just all a bluff just to get some people interested in their booth. Hopefully we'll get some Heroes 7 trailer or smth.

Going further back in time where the plot is already revealed through MM timeline. I know for sure we had a conversation where we agreed that experiencing something similar with H7 would be the end of the franchise.

I believe we agreed that it would be bad. Seeing as how most things done are irrellevant as we already know in broad strokes how history will turn out and how any progress made be moot unless it's progress to the end we already know. Unless Heroes 5 gets greatly retconned or you're in a "save the timeline"-story.(Which I would be at the very least be curious as to how they are planning to pull that off)
It being the end of the franchise? I don't remember that. And I certainly wouldn't agree with it. That sounds like like fanboy-overreacting.

I know it's overreacting, but I meant that for myself firstly. If this happens AGAIN, I won't be following the franchise any longer. I know that if Ubi has money and decides to make further disastrous Heroes' then abandoning them like they did with H6, they will do it. For how much time? Well, the sack's gonna hit the bottom one day. And if they keep it like this it's gonna be soon. Fan's ain't gonna wait another 5 years for another iteration.

I'm hoping it's HoMM 7 and I hope they listened to my wishes.
H6 was the most disastrous series of the franchise right? I hope they got traumatized by any new changes they made in H6.
Oh and I hope these factions will be in the base game:
- Academy
- Sylvan
It would be an interesting stretch to see H5, yes, H5 Fortress there. It was my third favorite faction in H5.

If it is Heroes 7, then it must have been on development for like a year or more (so impossible to listen your wishers or anyone else of the last year).
