It seems that the hosting provider put some constraints on the HC website with its recent hardware upgrade.
Valeriy is trying to get in touch with them to get the issue resolved, but his calls and reports seem to be falling on deaf ears for now. You can find more information at the Turban Tribunal Forum, which is one of the forums all the way at the bottom of the global forum overview.

Don't even remind me. I can't stand the thought of the 2015 release. Imagine it might even come in December. The ray of hope that I have now is playing the early access.

As it was explained in the current vote thread, results aren't hidden because of a bug, the feature should be already implemented.

I just hope that we get open beta or some kind of playable demo before release. Playing the H6 beta heled me a lot in deciding not to buy the vanilla game.
I don't want to wait again for the complete edition to come out 1.5-2 years after release but I'll need some convincing that the game will be suitable for proper multiplayer before I buy the vanilla game.
What I'm more interested in is which game are we going to get between H7 and H8? M&M:XI or DMoMM 2. I'd like to see a continuation of the Dark Messiah story so we might see some progress in H8.

Don't limit yourself to one. After H6 we've seeing DoC, MMX and HO; and the discarded Raiders.
I don't expect DM2 to happen, but some other type of game continuing that story? For certain!
