Quick thoughts:
Skeletons - I like the "darker" style to them, but the armor with the spikes and purple gems I do not like. Make the armor look rusty and dirty, this is too good looking.
Ghosts - A fine looking ghost. Would have loved some chains or something to them. I always picture ghosts with chains, like the ghost in "A Christmas Carol" with Ebenezer Scrooge.
Spiders - I don't know, would prefer zombies to them. But alright, I'll give it a shot. Just wish they had more hair and looked more scary. Now it seems like they have armor on their legs.

Oh no so much green,like everybody said.
There are like a few green eyes on the spider,please help me DD:
Anyway I think they really wanted to avoid the green on the units,although I hope that they won't overdo it with the purple now^^
The spider is a bit lame in my opinion,but it is something I can live with,I am curious how her back will actually look like,it would be cool if she had some sort of face there.
I think the skeletons are a bit over the top though,with spiders on their shield and spider legs on their shoulders.
although I have to say that I find it interesting that they are back to being melee and that we have neither ghouls nor zombies in the line-up(unless they turn out to be elite-zombies!!!)
The ghost upgrading into the banshee is something I've been waiting for,I mean in H6 I thought it'd be such an obvious upgrade for the ghosts,yet they didn't turn into banshees.
However I have to say that due to its etherial appearance it is hard to make out most of her features(although she looks a lot like the h6 ghost with a more teal colour)

I don't. I've always hated zombies and I've always found them a waste of coin. Now Ghouls on the other hand...

Ok so in the Elite tier Vampires and Liches are a given. So it's either the Knights or the Reapers. I don't really care which one we get as long as the other one is a Champion choice. Fingers crossed.

I have a grudgig respect/hate for the spiders since DMoMM so I see no problem there however the ghost looks like it just stepped off the catwalks of a Victoria Secret lingerie show.
I mean look at all the lace, decorative chains, ornamental headdress, designer-ripped gothic skirt. This alone would not be a problem but the description acompanying it makes it all seem somehow out of palce.
I would rather like to see some phisical manifestations of the "despair" from the decription instead of the pretty princess look. Some drawn out screaming faces, etheral claws, soulless dead eyes, anything but the pretty princess look.
ATM it look like something out of Frozen or some other disney villain at best.

They have four pairs! Just look more closely. At the right side of the render four white ends of their limbs are visible.

Come now, you should be already used to being treated like a 12 year old by now. The Ubi PR department probably thinks that the average fan of the M&M franchise is 12.

You'll be pretty surpised, but H6 sold better than any Heroes, even H5. So I don't think they have such a big problems with budget, it's just they're not AAA title, like it or not. Things may change with H7 though.

well ... seems I was wrong about green-black prediction .... it's purple-black 
Skeletons do still have over-stylized armor and are overly designed ... so this one was true. But then again this is true for any unit in any faction ...
I must say I'm surprised about the spider....altho it's not something that would blow me out of the seat. Imo it's not a good replacement for Zombie ... but whatever. This means there's room for at least 2 more units not seen in H6. One I think it's Elite that will replace Lamasu and one Champion - since we must have 2 of tose.
Looks solid imo so far. I'm interasted what else i predicted wrong, and what I was right about
