I finally found out why this unit felt so off to me. How does this guy think he can fight effectively without a saddle?!

I think you are confused with the bridle. Which by the way he indeed does not seem to hold. That however does not bother me so much, as I can imagine that they only use their spurs when charging.

It's behind this red "carpet" thing. Why he put it on saddle instead below it, I don't really know. Maybe his helmet was two numbers to small?

I don't think so. A saddle like these you can't hide under a blanket.

Still, even with those saddles they would be visible. This guy obviously has no saddle and it looks ridiculous to me.
At least these guys had a saddle:

There definitely is a saddle hidden beneath the cloth, since you can see leather string that attach to those metal rings, in which he puts his feet (I am sorry, I'm not a native speaker and have no idea how to call those things properly )

Great game
Deep and strategic.
Each faction has it's strengths and weaknesses.
Initially based on H6 creatures, but broadened to over 700 cards...

Best free card game out there. Horrible grind though. Even if you give them 500 $ and you play 12 hours a day for half a year you wont have a full collection of cards.

Heroes 7 wishlist
Hi all, just joined the community. I've read stuff on here for years, but with the announcement of MMH7 I really wanted to compile a list of what I think are the most important elements to get right for Heroes 7 with the ultimate goal of hoping that somehow this gets back to Ubi and Limbric.
I'd like to make it clear that I get most of my playing time out of this game in hotseat and playing multiplayer maps.
- AI. Having a smart AI, that makes good strategical decisions (with as little cheating as possible) is one of the most important elements because obviously if the AI is garbage than you aren't going to want to play against it.
- LAN and direct connect IP options.
Don't make me connect through servers and the internet to play with someone sitting right next to me
- Random Map Generator.
I love being able to run a random map in HOMMV and being able to tailor it's options to whatever I feel like at the time. Adds so much replayability to the game, who wants to play the same maps over and over? Fresh is fun.
- No DRM and release the game as a finished product!
I bought MMH6 and the dungeon expansion for my fiance and I, which in Australia cost me about $140 all up. It's a lot of money to spend on a game that has had as many problems as 6 still has. The myriad of problems we've had with Uplay, the Conflux and the game itself has been ridiculous and I've spent way to much time, and gotten far to angry over problems I've encountered.
I love Heroes so I have many strong opinions on it, however after 6, these are what I think are the most important things that need to be in 7 to make it the most enjoyable experience it can be.

I couldn't agree more, and I empathize with you. It is an obscene amount of money to spend on the bug-ridden mess we got in the end, and in my opinion Ubi should either be berated in the courts for it, or do what Stardock did with Elemental and Fallen Enchantress, and give everyone who purchased H6 H7 for free. If a small studio like Stardock can not only save face but come out on top doing this, I see no reason why Ubisoft can't. To my understanding they could really use some public love too. In the day and age of the internet an honest, direct, and communal demeanor is not only very important, but also extremely valuable.
As with the rest of this community I absolutely love this franchise, and really hope that Ubi can figure out how to do it justice. I will praise them in the streets if they can.

I don't know about IP connections, but LAN seems to be part of the game.

That's poor reasoning. The fans want a lot, doesn't mean they will get it. Mind you, I consider sim turns of very high priority.

Agreed. Do remember that game features aren't only about fan expectations, but also about investment it takes to implement those features. The basic idea behind every game (even indie games crow-funded on Kickstarter) is to provide the best product at a given price.
