Yes, that's how I read it, too. Although he has a history of racial slur (which may have caused prejudice against him), this is the one post he doesnt do that. Trash talking about politicians, governments etc  is something many of us do very often. It's not quite the same as discriminative language against a nation or a racial group.

Huh, if "idiot" is an offensive language (spoken towards an abstract person who doesn't have to do anything with this forum), then I am no less than an Uganda president.

Time to snowing use the snowing word "snow". Isn't snowing allowed?

I just learned that WE, OMG, WE are sending troops to Ukraine in a week for a reason "Keeping the peace against the russian threat against the world"...

If you ask me we should just cut off ALL trade with Russia as the western world. If only Germany had a decent supply of gas from somewhere else I'm pretty sure we already would have.

It's the russians suffering more than us though. You're the ones being left out of all the good stuff.
Deal. But please do transfer a few billion euros to your poor Balkan cousins to compensate them for the losses, will ya? It will be good the Western playboys to actually give us some money when they decide to use the prostitutes in our governments. It's more gentlemanly, you know.

This applies to multiple countries in Eastern Europe by the way.

Balkans are gonna die. We take and sell big deal from and to Russia.

We're not sending anyone actually. Our respectable spineless president announced that we'll keep our noses off Ukraine and that the situation there has to be "resolved peacefully" (besides, no NATO country has any right to deploy forces there). Probably some of his advisers finally managed to explain him that if we go against Russia decisively or even keep repeating what some NATO guy has said like some damn parrot, the entire political brothel that has supported these decisions will burn. Because of economical, historical and probably even idealistic reasons - many people here have a lot of delusions about Russia, as a state.

Vokial: For all we know there already be bulgarians amnongst people of other nationalities there. You know, mercs and such. this conflict definitely reeks of heavy mercenary presence on both sides.

A few days back, we sent a Spartan full of "humanitarian" aid to Ukraine's junta. about 5.5 tons of cargo were not loaded, because it contained a lot of military gear. helmets, vests and similiar tactical gear, which were acumulated with the help of a swedish citizen Jonas Ohman a supposed film director, who's been poking his nose around here since we flipped off the commies.

What I think that this supposed "help" and "aid" was meant to further elevate the already out of control mess some calls a conflict, and making any chances of a dialogue between the conflicting sides a distant, very distant illusion.

Another thing is that the ISIS chaps who are rather famous for chopping heads with a stubby knife, are now openly threatening Russia, which is a rather interesting turn of events.

@Zenofex: The "president" know how to lie and I always wanted to call him with some of the words Kip posted in his penalized post personally . We are sending! We actually are sending some troops there that are going to be used as political weapon in this warming up cold war to throw some oil in the fire. They even called the operation "Rapid Trident".

@Kip: there are around 250 000 bulgarians in Ukraine. They live there for centuries. Mercs. are there as well... and are even bulgarian pro-russian fighters...

We mess in this only for we are puppet state.

interesting, to say the least. i get the feeling that some very powerful strings are being pulled by a pretty intelligent group. isis is really nobody compared to russia, but the very idea of terrorists threatening russia, seems to be a way to keep everyone's hands relatively clean, while also possibly uniting one another, and uniting against terrorism.

interesting, indeed. i see a much larger plan in the works. pretty goddamn smart. and, pretty goddamn cunning, to get terrorists to weigh in on an issue like this.

Not really, muslim extremists never had any notion about realism. Didn't they claim last month that they will raise their flag on the White House, with Allah help?

I mean, if their enemy was on Alpha Centaur, they would still be persuaded they can travel to it on their camels.

Quite right, the doctrine and the concept of Dar-ül Islam suggests all the world will bow down to the will of Allah, sooner or later. Of course, you can ask how many of them genuinely believe that and how many just shout it out as propaganda and empty rhetoric.

that's not the point. it doesn't mean anything that they can or can't follow through with their more grandiose threats. what matters, is that they ARE a threat. their threat can be the diversion needed to halt the ukranian/russian conflict. based on the scale that terrorist networks work from.

what i mean is, the powers in play with this conflict, can use it as an excuse to back out, and save face on both sides. to avoid war.

Great timing, indeed. USA and Russia, two nuclear powers, will be providentially saved by the rantings of a few goat lovers.

some lunatics will plant a bomb on Moscow metro or something similiar. we all know how hostage situations end up there.

also to ISIS, if you want to invade Russia, do so in the winter.

Doesn't Russia have a like a gazillion minorities?

I'm thinking that should Russa be hit very hard by sanctions and embargos, that could create a lot of internal tensions and make Russia focus more on that than Ukraine.

I guess it's to be expected, but recruitment adverts are running constantly here, sometimes 2 per break (Royal marines, royal airforce and territorial army). Probably just an act of caution.

no, they're getting ready to rally troops. we have had the same thing here, only they've been advertising for the navy, instead. my guess is, the states could use the "terrorism" excuse to get closer to russia and ukraine, military-wise, if russia doesn't climb on board this distraction.

The only war that could happen is a nuclear one, at least that's what I firmly believe in. Which makes all sort of defense-based movements of poor baltic countries a waste of money.

I believe in that because in NATO-Russia conflict, Russia will inevitably lose. Their miliatry budget compared to US alone is a joke, and compared to NATO as whole it's just laughable. And I firmly believe that once the country has nothing to lose (already defeated by convential means), they will try to bring down the victor with them using nuclear holocaust.

Insane, you say? Well, Russians are extremely proud. Once the war is lost, I believe they could do such a thing.

And because they are not stupid, and they know the war is lost at the moment it's started, they may as well go for nuclear holocaust straight out from day one, since delaying it is just delaying the inevitable.

Both sides are aware of that, and thus, I don't think any war will happen BUT both sides have to be sure of such outcome for war NOT to follow. The only thing that prevented WW3 so far was the knowledge of both sides getting equal treatment (back to middle ages) thus the war being entirely pointless. But if mr. Putin starts thinking he can re-capture this or that and unite it under the banner of the ex-Soviet empire, we can get unnecessary tensions in the piss-poor part of Europe. Maybe even severly unnecessary acts such as re-enabling the conscription, or paying millions of $$ for useless gadgets like tanks and copters (from poor country's perspective all that is a waste of time and cash).
