Heroes of might and magic III: MYTH
The Hungarian Heroes Team recently created a Heroes 3 Complete non official expansion called MYTH. Worth noting that this is not a WOG but a H3 Complete expansion mod! Check it out!
Unfortunately the site has not been translated to English yet and neither has the mod but if you support it, an English version might see the light of day 
Also is there anyone who can help with some programming of the Heroes3 Complete game? It would be appreciated. Without further ado, here are the factions!
1. Castle of LOYALTY (CASTLE), follower of the light. Order reigns among men in this knight's castle, loyalty is the cohesive force. Angels with superhuman strength, who never join the forces of Darkness, serve as a role model for them.
2. Castle of BRAVERY (RAMPART), follower of the Light. Peaceful beings from Middle Earth live in this castle, not exactly fighters. But when attacked mercilessly, they bravely stand up for each other.
3. Castle of PURITY (CONFLUX), follower of the Light. They rule over the elements of nature but never abuse their power. Although Phoenixes turn to ashes when they die, their pure souls are always reborn!
4. Castle of MYTHOLOGY (DUNGEON), follower of Gloom. These strange half-human, half-animal creatures do not respect the Gods of creation, intervening in the world of men and playing Gods themselves.
5. Castle of SORCERY (TOWER), follower of Gloom. The mana clouds these creatures' judgement. They are not virtuous or even wicked, only faithless. They use the power of sorcery for their selfish purposes.
6. Castle of PERFIDY (FORTRESS), follower of Gloom. Scaly reptiles living in the swamps of deceit, they are not warlike but will mercilessly kill anyone who enters their territory.
7. Castle of CRUELTY (STRONGHOLD), follower of Darkness. The armies of Sauron, sworn to slaughter the unyielding alliance of men, show mercy to no one. Even the grass under their feet is scorched.
8. Castle of DISMAY (NECROPOLIS), follower of Darkness. These decaying undead creatures possess the power of death. They terrorize the mortals with this dark force.
9. Castle of MISERY (INFERNO), follower of Darkness. Condemned creatures, having been denied the Light and burning in excruciating pain ever since. They find temporary relief in tempting others to treachery.

Heroes Round table
Calling this an expansion is an insult to HoTA. 
Just names are new, material is borrowed from various sources.
Sort of let's mix camel with dragon, camel will be called dragon and dragon will be called camel, now we have a new town: Dramel.

So, basically it replaces all units with another ones? Sorry, not impressed.
Forest Dungeon is an interesting concept, though

Seems they changed some town dwellings.
And I see some recolours I didn't see anywhere.
Will wait for download link.
PS Faery Dragons on 6th level and behemoths renamed to trolls - it's a strange turn of events. There is a troll already in game, upgrade can be made by recolouring.

this mod is about Middle Earth mythology. if you watch lord of the rings movie you ll see that CAVE trolls look like h3 behemoths. they had to replace the old h3 troll since he s tiny compared to middle earth cave trolls.

So its about LOTR?
Then why there is Loyality etc, not Orthanc/Gondor/Rokhan etc?
There there is more undestanding of units.
Than Tower is about Harad, than there must be Elephants (DEFs are in monsters archives). Town itself can be changed into Desert Tower. I suppose gremlins and gargoyles are to be changed to arab light swordsmen/archers from banks.
In Inferno then there must not be Satan, but Balrog.
Inferno is a Mordor? Then there must be orcs again on lower levels.
Maybe HOTA variants of them or from creature banks.
Necropolis is for Angmar, i guess. Don't remember vampires in Tolkien, but there were werwolves (in "Hobbit").
In Tolkien there are no angels, so it can be replaced by Crusaders (for example, from Human Castle mod).
Rampart looks fully finished then.

Guys must think of VCMI version. There is no need to program scripts etc. And it's easier to replace town screen buildings graphics.

Wow, three towers on same perspective and ~equal distance each other, can't imagine worse architecture; starts to look like H7.
