For me, H4 vampires are the best. They are perfect undead unit in any way, humanoid and bat like. I would like to see similar vampires in Heroes VII even as a champion unit along with Dread (Black) Knights.
I hate the look of H6 vampires, too much armor and stupid metal details, especially that big sword.

H2-H4 Victorian-styled, bat-turning one, of course. H3 was too beast-like for my taste. And don't get me started on H5-H6 ones. Also, yes to vampire girls!

I think the female vampire talk was more to annoy Jeremiah, or at least to imagine his annoyance They shouldn't go for female vampires. I wouldn't trade sexually appealing females for dark and scary males. Unless they're attack animation is sucking the enemy for extreme pleasure pain. I can't possibly resist that
