Initiative experiment

So I conducted a little experiment to see what is the highest possible initiative a creature can have in H5 and the number I got was 50 (49,72 by calculation).

This is how I got it:
One stack of Rakshasa Kshatras (initiative 8);
Initiative mini artie (they max out at +50%=12);
Ring Of Celerity, Ring of Speed, Dragon Scale Armor, Dragon Bone Greaves (in total +45=17,4);
Expert Haste (+40%=24,36);
Dash (*2=48,72);
A stack of Chieftains (+1=49,72)
The number shown in the combat stats was 50.

Is there anything that I missed that could have increased initiative even further?

You forgot hero specialties and Benediction (+10%). You can give the troops and artifacts to Maeve/Freyda (Haste +80% instead of +40%) after you forge the mini-artifact. Agrael/Raelag (+40% init, but Haste only +40%) seems a tiny bit worse, because he can't cast Benediction and 1.8*1.1>1.4*1.4.

Oh, wait, you can get a bonus from both Agrael and Maeve. Put the troops on Agrael, have Maeve Hypnotize them and cast Haste and Benediction on them. (You can remove the Hypnotize now)

Still, a stack of Wolfs supported by some 1 Wolf stacks will attack more often and if you have a bunch of those Raksha stacks (plus maybe some summons), high Morale and your hero has Empathy, then your hero will also likely move more often than those Rakshas.

EDIT: And I forgot you could also visit a Fortuitous Sanctuary on Friday for +1 Init. Not sure if Haste, mini-artifact and everything else affects this +1. (I thought they should affect the +1 from Chieftains)

Okay, with this scenario in mind let's make a new calculation:

One stack of Rakshasa Kshatras (initiative 8);
Initiative mini artie (they max out at +50%=12);
Ring Of Celerity, Ring of Speed, Dragon Scale Armor, Dragon Bone Greaves (in total +45=17,4);
Expert Haste + Maeve specialty (+80%=31,32);
Benediction (+10%=34,452);
Agrael specialty (+40%=48,2328 this is almost as much as RR had with dash in my previous calculation);
Dash (*2=96,4656);
A stack of Chieftains (+1=97,4656);
Fortuitous Sanctuary visited on Friday (+1=98,4656).
This is assuming that Fortuitous Sanctuary simply adds it's +1 initiative on top of everything else like the effect of a stack of Chieftains, I didn't test it yet.
Approaching 100.
