and then they stagnated and those were invented before the west industrialized

That's an upside down claim, the philosophy of individualism is the result of capitalism, not vice versa. The social conditions shape the mind more than the mind shape the social conditions.

no philosophy on things like reason and the rule of law came hundreds of years before industrialization started

You said individualism. Tell me, xerox, why do you think almost everywhere in the West, in the beginning, only property owners were considered individuals? Why was it only them, who had a right to vote? Why is the philosophy of individualism -even today- mostly associated with property rights? Is the land he owns what constitutes an individual? No. Then, why was it only them that were given the right to have representatives?

Rule of law or using logic is not unique to West.

Sure, but you originally said "that being said, the achievements of people in cultures with a non-white majority aren't exactly staggering", which is clearly false.

seriously though Artu, did you have in mind a space museum for aliens, or did you want a successful mission to transplant the human species somewhere?

Both can be worthy causes, I guess. Maybe, how you picture it tells us what you think of the human race. When the world ends, some think they deserve to be exhibited like a T. Rex in a museum and some think they deserve a second start somewhere else.
