HoMM5 resource for HoMM7 modding request

hello guys I'm a huge fan of HoMM and a HoMM5 modmaker
(you might see some of my mods for HoMM5 on this site or in the net, I made those new gargoyles, add HoMM 6 sanctuary creatures to HoMM5 and create some reskins for heroes models)

the upcoming HoMM7 that is based upon UNREAL ENGINE promising to be very good base for mods

I'm getting to the point, few years ago, member of this site, and a very talented modmaker - Psatha somehow get permission from ubisoft to use HoMM6 resources for HoMM5 non-commerce modding

So I think now, could we ask the same permission from devs, for HoMM5 resources to be used in non-commerce fan mod project for new HoMM7 game?

It would grant a huge possibility for modmakers and mod users for example easily move HoMM5 creatures to HoMM7 or get HoMM5 demons/dwarfs in HoMM7, so in the end it would get us all alot fun

there started a thread on the ubi HoMM7 forum, and I post this request to let all modmakers, legally use HoMM5 resource for non-commerce HoMM7 mod project, there

But, since there is a lot of spam it this thread, the possibility that my post will be seen by the developers is quite small, so I ask help, please those of you who have a u-play account, upwote my request, and probably it would help us all in the future

since strange structure of the site, I can't give you link directly to the post, instead of it i can only give a link to my profile, the post - this request I talking about, and I ask you to upwote, is the first post I wright on this forum
https://mmh7.ubi.com/en/profile/zahar0z
and some sort of the coordinates of the post "zahar0z December 03, 2014 14:46:08"

P.S. I'm asking this not because I'm trying to be some kind of atentionhore, and I would myself upwote anyone who will ask the same stuff for the modmakers, just tell me to do so, it doesn’t matter to me either I would be upwoted or somebody else, the point is to devs to see this request

p.p.s. if somebody know the better idea to communicate with the dews and ask this permission please tell it

dude seriously, just do it and don't wait around asking for permission hue hue hue
that's how most of the world's modders go about these things, at least

yeah and sometimes(although not often) companies sued moders after this((
that's why better ask permission if there is such opportunity
