Looking for a mod...

Some time ago I've read about mod for H3 (WoG actually), which introduced some interesting mechanics. Sadly, it's been long time ago and I remember just a single thing about it- it's been very disliked by most of community due to a single issue- it's been paid mod and as such- illegal (as it based on WoG). Does anyone remember what's this mod name? Thx in advance!
