I can only suggest that you start it once only with wog mod (save your list) and report, I guess it will work. There are so many mods there that I suspect some conflict but hard to say, I don't even have half of mods you use.

It crashed with same error even with only 2 mods enabled  I guess this mod isn't for me.

Sometimes mods get corrupted when download or install. Make sure it has in its Data folder Split_help.pac, then open this pac with MM archive and see if the def missing is inside. If any is not there, download again the mod from http://mods.wakeofgods.org/
Also I suggest you use HD mod instead of HMS mod, it is MUCH safer and it changes nothing in your interface (play 800x600 if you like that way).

Thank you, it seems version in wakeofgods.org doesn't have .pac file, I downoloaded installer second time and it didn't have it. I installed from this thread and now everything works fine. About hd mod: I saw you saying HD mod is incompatible with many mods so I never considered installing it. I will give it a try now.

Thats very annoying. Thanks for reporting, I reuploaded neutral split mod with all components.
HD mod is okay, use THIS version to be 100% safe.
