Why I think you should try WoG and custom maps
First of all thanks for the excellent work you have been doing in both in your stream and your YouTube channel. While far from being a top player that singular capacity you have to interact with the chat not losing track of gameplay makes your streams so interesting and pedagogical as any of them (at least for non-russian speakers).
But if instead of always using the same tricks and templates we see in multiplayer's games (when playing against AI) you try WoG, while polling/discussing in the chat wich options to use in each game, so we could have the opportunity to discuss the different rules and options and trade tips and strategies between ourselves we don't see used in competitive gameplay, you would be maximazing the use of those habilities.
Plus, once you have tried some options a few times, you could make excellent YouTube videos just by explainning why you are going to choose this rules or options at the start of a map and during the game comment on how they seam to be affecting gameplay. This is much easier to do then to compile an exaustive tutorial on gameplay but would be extremely usefull from a beginners point of view and there is noone else doing it on YouTube at the moment.

WoG/ERA depends a lot on you, (...) you need to spend a bit of time at first exploring all available scripts, maps and mods, the list is quite huge, but to my experience is the most expanded HoMM experience that exists, especially considering singleplayer, there is some quite challenging maps with great design that I am confident you will enjoy.
