Ooops! Meant late Spring and, maybe start of this Summer.

It's all about Heroes VII being launched as a world wide beta and, by mid Summer, the full release of this marvelous newest instalment of Might and Magic Heroes 7(whatever title the devs chose for its vanilla edition).
