if we have to look on town streght id say they are all pretty well balanced with exception for tower and inferno, anyway i will list 2 towns that have BUILD UP advantage compared to other towns
1st Castle- get 3-4 conservatoryes week3 or early w4 make 10 angels in AA
2nd fortress- same as castle get 50-70 wyverns then upgrade them week3 or early w4
and if it happens u play jebuss cross u can do upgrade with castle mid week2 and with fortress well sometimes week1
and i have not played hota enough so this counts for sod
