really wished to see how and why demons would help Ivan and how they would end up joining his council, too bad stupid dungeon won the vote. Anyone have any ideas or speculations under what sircumstances demons would help him take the throne? Just interesting :/

I have a guess on who would be Inferno councilor, but his is a name that must never be spoken. Hell, even the phrase "Inferno councilor" is starting to get cringe-inducing.
This game was all too close to becoming a terrible experience for me.

Why? Because demons would make the game terrible? Demons are drestroyers with allegiance to power and destruction, why for elraths sake would they help a human take power :? Especially a human that they dispise. These things would of maked the game a lot more interesting to explore :?

When the time of votes was upon this land, I remember making a vehement speech regarding that.
Especially regarding them being more than "red blobs"

I love demons since H5, one of the fav factions there. (Haven, Sylvan, Inferno) Liked them in H6 too. But I had to vote for my old time buddy Dungeon, in hope that it will be brought back to glory as in H1-2-3-4

I voted for dungeon for the same reason, and while I do have more hope with this dungeon than with other Ashan dungeons if they go down the purple road again I am unsure if I would vote for them again.

Yup been saying that through out the whole time when the vote was up. Alas dungeon won hopefully inferno comes in an expansion.
I still have no idea why they put sylvan vs fortress the result was obvious from the start.

Probably they wanted that result, in first place. One that would be easy to preview, another with a tight result. Any other combination might have been harder to foretell, I reckon.

It would have been funnier if they made a Sylvan vs Dungeon vote, to see which elves the community like the most.
And then a second vote, Fortress (dwarves-HV) vs Fortress a.k.a. Bastion (Swamp faction-HIII).
