Read the description of the full NCF release that is also in the MMH55 download section.

..also this is the kind of thing where if you don't know what it is, than you don't need it.

Magno, could you add the custom h55 map that includes all new 5.5 objects as a download file in the Moddb section? May be add a link to the Modding/scripting article (from moddb).

I think it will be more visible for people that want to make maps as the current statistics from FB users is 2 out of 2 people did not find the how-to guide and both were searching info in the ARMG manual.

For now, I was able to "translate" Rage Button.dds:

I found some files that require translation, which are not in MMH55-Texts-EN.pak:
In MMH55-ATB-RB.pak there are:
UI/CombatArena-Heavy file: LogHider.txt
UI/CombatArena-Heavy/JogDial file: Retread_Normal.txt
UI/CombatScreen-Heavy file:Tooltip-OnJog-Wait.txt

In MMH55-Data.pak:
UI/MPWait/MapDescription file: EE_measure_days.txt
UI/MPWait/MapDescription/TEXTS files:
EE_artefacts_name.txt
EE_decisionhall_name.txt
EE_discount_name.txt
EE_eightskills_name.txt
EE_lookahead_name.txt
EE_mercenaries_name.txt
EE_taxes_name.txt

From Data/texts.pak you should take and edit (because creature names changed) file: race_tooltip_stronghold.txt and place to: UI/MPWait/PlayersList/Item in MMH55-Texts-EN.pak (I made it already for the Polish version)

The transfer of all these files to MMH55-Texts-EN.pak facilitate the work of translators. Of course, you do as you want, it's only a suggestion
At this moment in my translation in RC9 missing only 3 of the above files (LogHider.txt, Retread_Normal.txt and Tooltip-OnJog-Wait.txt). Will appear in the next update RC9 Polish translation.

PS. After the installation of the next version of your mod every time I have to again replace the English intro to Polish. Let's do something about it? I tried to put the file in pak archives, but does not work.

@mario, a few heads-up:

As magno said the rage info window (in combat) will be text based and so is translatable.

There will be a few extra txt files to translate but they should be in the Texts-EN pak file.

Good catch with the wandering txt files here and there. Among those, Loghider.txt will be retired though...

After this next release, the txt content should be pretty much solid without need to do virtually any change in translations thereafter, so hang tight

Well, if they don't fit we'll have to do a combination of two: 1) Shorten the Polish text with abbreviations, 2) Make the text smaller while still comfortably legible.

Quick question.

Is this addon intended to work like another expansion, or not? Because despite having different exes to run it, launching original H5_Game.exe indicates I'm still playing Heroes 5.5.

No, if you run H5_game exe you will run into tons of gamebreaking bugs, for starters 16 classes will get +1 defense every levelup.

That happens due to the data files included in the folder.
However, you're running MMH5.5 only if you run one of its own exe files with its data files in place.

If you run the stock exe, you're basically trying to run the stock game with incompatible data. So, definitely not recommended

The new version of the Polish Translation RC9 is ready. Contains Polish Translation of Rage Button, full translation UI Buttons on the battlefield, a little correction of texts, cost Phoenix in Creaturepedia restored to 10,000.

What’s the deal in case hero has both dwarven treasures and soldier’s luck? Does the 10-30 % soldier’s luck bonus for gold on the adventure map, resources & creatures from battle sites, resource offerings (-> what is that?), graves, wagons and barrels, in any way interferes with 5-25 % dwarven treasures bonus for gold on the adventure map, with 25-50 % bonus for treasure chest, or with increased income from supply networks ?

They don't interfere in any way, because dwarven treasures only affects items that can be placed on the map by the mapmaker such as chests and resource piles.
