use mapmixer for that, not reanimation patcher, if witch huts don't ask questions => read FAQ.

arcane eagle: elemental, magic proof 50%, mana drain

i patch this map with reanimation patcher, then use mapmixer to increase creatures power (all others settings in mapmixer is default)
use h5.5 64exe (like many times before) create lanhotseat game - thismap, and i cant choose all heroes - first trouble.

Ok, mapmixer doesn't have an option to unlock the proper hero framework.
Perhaps if cichy is interested in a short comeback this can be added but until then:

open map in editor, go to map properties => heroes tab => uncheck all => save map.

Ok thanks to the Hotsprings map I found an important bug that can only occur on some custom maps, but I don't know exactly why yet

Don't play hotsprings in H55!

The console will read on DAY ONE:

H55_preparing adventure map
Error: attempt to index nil value
team up question skipped

IN THIS ORDER!

If this error occurs the map is unplayable, lots of adventure objects will not work and AI can crash any moment.

The Error: attempt to index nil value, can frequently occur during play, but then it is always a false alarm generated by question boxes. So that is not the same issue. Also any error reading 'is not Ai player' is also false alarm.

Hey Magno,

Great release once again!  Here are a few questions from the fans.
- Is it possible some of the options in settings.pak to be put in the game main menu?
 == I told them no, because are settings that should be taken when map is generated and not when you launch the game. Also we do not have access to the exe so there is no way to make the main menu gui to work with the LUA code.  Correct me if I am wrong somewhere.

- Is there a mobile version for MMH55 ?

This is unofficial mod for Might & Magic Heroes 5.5

To install the mod, just put the shadow-symbols.pak file from the shadow-symbols.zip in HoMM5data folder.
New shadow symbols can be used not only for Might & Magic Heroes 5.5, but for standard Heroes of Might and Magic V games as well.

shadow-symbols.zip contains three files:
shadow-symbols.jpg
shadow-symbols.pdf
shadow-symbols.pak

Except for barbarian shadow symbol every other shadow symbol is taken from https://openclipart.org, and they use open source copyright policies: https://openclipart.org/share.
Barbarian shadow symbol is taken from Might & Magic Heroes VI, so I suppose it is fine to use it on Might & Magic Heroes 5.5 and Heroes of Might and Magic V.
Some shadow symbols are just color processed and some are extensive synthesis of other symbols.

Look what I found. Is it possible to bind those arenas to special sites on the adventure map? From what I see they are made only for duel mode though.

Arenas that are used on all maps need to have a very generic look, but technically the answer to your question is yes.

What I mean is can you use them for special sites 14x14, not the general ones. If there are such that look nicer or fit better thematically to certain buildings or special sites in MMH5.5.

I will put it on the to do list after the NCF thing. I am really interested how exactly works codewise.

I don't understand what you mean by 'special' sites or 'generic' sites?, all sites currently in the game already have a fitting arena.
