It's a map generated by ARMG, so I'll include the map.
I uploaded the files twice (by using the first 2 results in google to upload files, please let me know if it doesn't work)

Maybe another useful hint about the flickering issue...
Last time i had it, was in a MM5.5 mods map.
Since then i never had it.
Conditions: i'm playing old maps, touched with the mapmixer utility. From the options of the mapmixer utility, i keep checked only the water objects and the LAN. All others unchecked.

What is the estimate worth of one morale?
I have read somewhere that one morale == 10% chance to get +40% ATB. In other words 1 morale = 0.1*0.4 == +4% initiative. That seems quite weak compared to 6,66% damage increase from 1 luck.
Shatter light and shatter dark feel quite weak against might heroes. They usually get mass haste / slow, in other words +25% initiative. Now shatter skills reduce this to 10%, but that still means enemy army gets +10% stats for three perks and you get nothing, no?

Did you take a look at the hero skill wheel ?
All skills are explained thoroughly.
The only difference is that in RC10 attack and defense primary skills give 2.5% damage bonus instead of 3.33% and Expert Offense and Expert Defense bonus is set for both to 17.5%.
Leadership is not that weak because initiative bonuses (any) exponentially increase all other creature bonuses passively which means hero ATB is free for him to do other actions that benefit army or do harm the opponent.
If you go around the wheel and spells you will notice that initiative boosts are lesser than flat boosts.
Higher initiative increases maneuverability which increases tactical advantage from which your troops benefit from increased damage output (army does more direct hits and more often retaliates) and/or creature survivability depending on the choices the player takes.
Leadership is Advanced Might skill which means it complements Might classes. You can compare it with Occultism - it is not strong on its own but complemented by other skills.

I have encountered a strange bug. If I load a game, enemy AI heroes lose all their artifacts - if I defeat them after I load the game, I don't get any.

shatter skills don't need to be very strong vs might heroes.

never heard of this, but must have been in original game.

all bugs are inherited from original game and possibly its incompatibility with new hardware, drivers and OS.

Buggy???
This isn't buggy. This is something trully manageable.
You should have try HOMM-7 to see what's buggy. Before some gigabytes of pathces and almost a year of anticipation to be fixed.

Maybe you already know it, but I personally was quite surprised when I found out, that frenzy and puppet master etc. are immediately removed from affected unit, if you cast vampirism on it (since it turns the unit into undead one).

I think it needs to be fixed.
The map generator creates maps with same textures nearby. My eyes cry when I see this. Really, it makes eye fatigued.
Also the witch hut placement is too close by. Why are they being put so often? It should be bonus place, unique. Now they are like kebab fast food - they are around every corner.
I couldn't take screenshot on laptop so I took a photo of my 40 inch TV where I play on.

I'm going to try heroes 5.5 to make Lan games more interesting, and therefore i have a few questions:
1)While playing 5.5 will my mods for normal heroes5 like double exp still work?
2)Does 5.5 version includes so called PEST? I mean Permanent and Endless Simultaneous Turns.
3)Is there some sort of skill wheel where i can check out changes in skills without having the game?
