P.S. Patch 3.1 adds many scripting functions but they fail to work in Heroes 5.5!

I had some time to look at the NHF mod...
1. The art/lore direction seems very different, although I cannot read the russian text. I think as a whole the mods do not match, but there are various useful materials.
2. The quality is mixed, some models/portraits are very good, some are not so good.. My favourite is the sylvan model that matches the alternative upgrade line!
3. some textures are oversaturated, possibly because of texture editing on older TN panel or CRT monitor.
4. the author is very competent in scripting.

Can you move Markal to Necropolis hero pool? I think will be problems with his campaign and necro dark points. In lore he is connected to Undead(Sandro student) than being a priest.

Stronghold vs Sylvan - Beta2 + new index with spell durations, new bloodrage options.
Stronhold VS Sylvan 3
I removed artifact for -4 attack (couldnt get -6, most artifacts were special luck,moral, speed).
Stronghold still won but now things look much much better.
I think we have to test those in real game as now the Stronghold player got through the game with old settings and fought with new.
One should play a whole game with the new settings. He will suffer more casualties due to low blood rage absorption and the final battle will be better.
we decided not to test inferno but fortress against stronghold.
Now you will have very fast paced faction vs very slow but tough one with a lot of abilities.

Nice job, this replay btw clearly illustrates the combat damage is too high and the attack primary skill is overpowered. Most stacks are killed in 1 or 2 hits. This issue is easily fixed and stronghold will be further balanced in the process.

Gotai starts with shout and kujin starts with learning. Then they can both get 5 more skills from here:
I myself had blood, lead, att, def and log with both of them.
Also a suggestion:
Please add 8 skill system to the campaign instead of 6
