- Oh, this is excellent- Dragomir said while reviewing the list. Most of the staff come from good families. Francis did his job well.
- I concur. We can't just pick out any man out of the street and give them a position of a treasurer or master-at-arms. I'll speak with my father's old friends, see what they can offer. Oh yes, there also supposed to be a local tailor with his assistants. Mostly to measure out John, but I'm sure that he'll take other orders too. Pass it on, maybe the lads would like some new threads.

- No, that will be all for now- Drago said while reading the tome. The book was one of John's suggested ones, and for once it had something useful. The map fragment of what was beyond the Northern Passageway. Indeed it was an elven ruin, and probably the source of the elven trinkets. He'll find out soon enough.

an hour or so had passed, and Dragomir was still in the study. He compared the copy of the map he received from the king with the map showing the elven ruin beyond the Northern Passageway. the areas on the map were identical.
Dragomir closed the tome, placed the map in his coat's inside pocket and went outside.
In the yard, there was a sparring session going on, with most of the company participating.
Dragomir walked pass them. He overheard Allikha issuing commands and instructions to the trainees.
Near the gates Dragomir noticed the tailor and his shop assistants hesitating to enter.
- Ah, you came. Right this way please.- Drago said to the man. Dragomir led the tailors through the yard, and went straight to John who was observing the ongoing practice.
- This is the client- Drago said to the tailors.- And for you John, time has come to get some new clothes.
- What about the material?
- As I said in your shop, All materials will be provided.
- Well, ok.- The tailor said. he was an aging man in his mid fifties. He already had a balding head and wore spectacles. He took out the measure.
- Good day sir- He greeted John.- I would like to get your measurements.
- better do this indoors- Drago said.- Less distractions that way- He nodded at the trainees.
- Ah, yes, of course.- The tailor replied, and Drago lead him, his assistants and John into the manor.

Days flew by fast. During that time, Dragomir made sure that the company was prepared well. from the cloths and the furs the tailors of Kunn fashioned each a set of warm clothing.
Giventhe time, he had met with the new employees of the estate.
With all the necessary but dull work finished, and the company rested, the march should resume.
- Well.- Dragomir said to Elena- Your friend should've been here by now. Any idea where she'd be? perhaps went to a tavern or something?

John spent most of his time in the library. He still wore his old clothes. The tailor did an outstanding job, but the new outfit was made with a colder climate in mind and was for the moment resting in John's trunk. The half-giant picked up another book. There was a lot of information about old artifacts and ruins here. He enjoyed reading all of them. Even the fairy tales. He made notes to himself about possible ruin locations and stories about the powers of certain artifacts. He stopped leafing through the book in his hands. His hands shook slightly, veins appeared on his knuckles. He remembered himself just in time and put the book down before he accidentally tore it in half. Apparently, there were rumors of giants up in the north. John was not excited to meet any.

What have you done to your face?- Francis responded: -Oh, just a little restyling, I thought I didn't look the part enough- He smiled, then said: -I hear talking, I'm going to find Dragomir, we need to sort out our supply lines, I don't want the company to be starving once we're deep in the north.- Guinevre then said: -You're worrying too much, you know he told you there will be villages.- Francis then said: -I trust him, but I feel like we shouldn't be so optimistic, today the men are happy and morale is high, but once danger comes I don't know if they'll hold...- Guinevre said: -Do you doubt the company's reliability?- Francis answered: -I'm not sure about the lower men, I know our comrades will die before considering to abandon the quest, myself I won't ever desert, especially considering the dangers of the north, we aren't the first ones to try, and while I trust Lord Dragomir's lead I fear what may come.- Guinevre said: -You're scaring me now, it's the first time I see you talk like this...- Francis then said: -I feel something I never felt before, I just hope everything will go well, even if I doubt it, anyway, cheer up, it will be a long road before we meet any concrete problems, I'll go talk with Lord Dragomir, I'll ask him if we can review our supply plans.-
