Size and Bigger creature have different meaning in WoG.
Size can be one hex or two hexes, and this must be addressed by erm editing.
If want the creature visually bigger, you must edit its def after extracting it from lod. All frames. There is already a guy, artas1985 who resized all creatures for his mod Gigamight. I do not advice this because there are too many other visuals which depends on the standard size, as flags, obstacles, spells and so on.
