Even better - they have pies. 
I chose Necropolis and Sylvan. First one mostly because of new Lich and Vampire model and the second one because it was absent in Heroes VI and it deserves more attention.

I mean attention in terms of presence in game itself. In Heroes V it was neglected and I would love to see it get some more missions starring Sylvan, when (and if) there are some DLCs/Expansion Packs to Heroes VII. In terms of SC attention - yes, it got quite a lot of it but that I didn't refer to that attention.

Expansions are probably going to be on new factions given the popular demand. DLC's who knows honestly I would not mind them getting the spotlight Haven has had it for quite long enough.

I know its DLC did but I never played the expansion so I would not about that. So I guess it is possible but aside from maybe an elf-dwarf war I do not see it as very probable.

If theree is a faction which has been focused a bit too much on, it is necropolis.

Haven has always been the focus of every heroes game, bringing to its civil wars and demon invasions the other factions. We've seen the Griffin family again and again and again (literary in Heroes V, Heroes VI and now Heroes VII).
Necropolis comes next, but again, in most cases it correlates with the story of Haven directly or indirectly.
Stronghold is always about an oppression or whatnot and a revolt.
Inferno is kinda mixed as it plays both on the invasion part and on side stories like Raelag.
Dark elves are always revolving around the union of the clans and see usually Raelag to the rescue...
I mean, is it that hard to bring to the mix something unique? Even if we are going back and forth in time, why can't we see let's say the creation of orcs as campaign, or the creation of Necromancers starting as Academy hero and turning into a Necromancer, or see the perspective of the orcs and beastmen while they are created and fight for the first time.
Why can't we see the civil war of the elves for once, leading to the creation of Dark elves? Play as Tuidhana in one campaign while she is still a Sylvan elf and witness her transformation? See her fighting her way underground among demons and Dwarves alike.
Or even play as a Naga that rises to power and even manages to see the Empress up close to bestow her blessing.
All in all, there are ways to tell a story from unique perspectives, but we always end up with similar formulas over and over again.

Voted Dungeon, here; Just like in Shadow Council's forum page.
I really do hope that the devs get to finish this last faction as soon as they can.
So, that the bug testing, finding and, fixing can be started, pronto.
September is only 2, tiny, months from now.
Only a few days left to decide which one goes in that second round of beta testing.

Elves and elves most likely, now if there were a bit more elves it may have been a bit sketchier. In all seriousness though Sylvan and Necropolis.
