How to Install Custom Themes for Windows.

Hello my friends(should I have any), today, I'm proud to present, finally, a decent thread!
Just kidding!
Anyways, just like the title says this thread deals with Installing any custom themes for Windows, in case any of you don't know how to. I will also recommend some nice themes.

-First of all, you will need to install something called UXStyle. What this little dude does is in the About section. But this is just for reference. "UxStyle is a bit of software that relaxes Windows theme signature requirements to enable third-party customization." There are no viruses. Anyways, pick the build that suits your OS.

-Now you need to look for a theme and download it. For selection, I recommend This page for Win8.1(and 8 as most if not all themes for 8.1 are compatible with Win8. Windows 7 users go here. And of course dear XP Users, this way.

-This is the exciting step: Installation. Even though there are no setups for themes, installation is fairly easy. My example theme will be Biblio or Biblio_light. Quite a fascinating theme, *cough*, anyways. Inside the extracted folder called "BiblioLight" you should find a "Theme" folder. You have to copy the contents(a .theme file and another folder) and paste them to |C:WindowsResourcesThemes|.

-And the final step: Actually turning on and off the theme you have downloaded. You have to click on somewhere empty in the desktop. Go to "Personalize" and click on your theme, which should be in the Installed Themes section. And that is all folks!

Actually, it isn't, since I promised you some nice recommendations below, sorted by operating systems.

Windows XP:

Ubuntu XP:
A very cool concept, if you ask me. It makes XP look like Ubuntu, but without losing the general feel of XP. It is clean, beautiful and very nicely done.

GizdomBlack:
This is a pretty good theme. What It does [I Guess] is make XP more modern and beautiful and keeps the base of the OS. This is what you call Eye Candy.

TangoBL
This is a great theme in three main things: The Wallpaper, the organization, and the great impression that it leaves on you.

Windows 7:

Polymer:
This theme seems to be catchy. It makes Windows 7 more... Attractive if you get what I mean.

*Note: More recommendations to come, when I finish writing this I will exactly be out of time, my friend is having a party and trust me when I say, if I don't go there he'll kick my @$$. Please recommend some themes and tell me what you think.
P.S No animals, spam or captain obvious allowed in the thread, you have one, you leave it to the guard just outside the door. OH **** I have to go!!!
