If police/authority can track what i m doing on street every moment, how can be abused? I don t see the problem.

Of course will happen.Every group has the snow guy, but with bodycams the jury can have a prove about police abusing-power.If a cop tampers the cam 1,2....15135 times he will be suspected.

He will be suspected. Oh noes! He will be suspected. And then what? Nothing happens to powerful people "suspected" of stuff. Heck, there was a black guy that got arrested by cops every time he went to a local store over 70 + times or something. Obvious harassment. NOthing happened, even after it made the news.

Nah.  If somebody got arrested every time he went to the store he would soon have a lawyer who would sue the cops, police department, and city for millions of dollars.  Do not believe every story of oppression you see posted on the internet.

It's an old story.

Mentally ill black kid harassed by cops for 4 years.

The update on the story, almost 2 years later.

2015 newspaper

The police chief did step down, while all cops participating in this remained in the force. It was indeed an extreme case, and cops are powerful people, but not almighty. When they're too obvious about their stupidity, they might lose their jobs, yes. In this case, they send the police chief to take the fall ( instead of about 70 police officers, and he took the fall for that story AND other stories combined ), to minimize the damage. To a damn minimum. Not to mention that as a victim of gang stalking myself, I know how these things work. The police chief surely received a good amount of money under the table to take the said fall, especially considering that he didn't participate in this power abuse of a mentally ill black kid. Nothing complicated in handing some money in a brown paper bag, not to mention that you take the money or we make your life and the life of your kids a living gang stalking hell, the untold threat every member of the force lives with today. They'll target your kids 15 years later to not make it too obvious if they have to.

I don't want to give a specific point of view, mostly because it changes from country to country, state to state. Usually, cops will try to protect their cops from almost anything. They will assess if they can indeed protect him or not, and the tools to gather information that they have allows them to assess said situation with remarkable precision. Looking too suspicious -might- be a problem, as I said, depending on where the crap happened. It becomes political at this point. In certain parts of the US, someone shooting someone else wrongfully can become a freaking rock star praised by extreme gun owners and etc.

First, it is to send a message that if you protect the powerful people, we will protect you, so the interest to become a cop remains there. Second, any cop that loses their job can go turncoat and say all the criminal snow he's seen at his job, and nobody among the powerful wants that.

And let's not forget what happens to turncoat cops that do apply the law on their own bretheren. Gangstalking.

Cop gangstalk cop

Note : you can't trust lawyers, at least until you find a real one. I saw many lawyers when I wasnt aware of my gang stalking, and none of them had the guts to tell me of my situation. Lawyers live under the pressure of doing their job like the cops wants them to do it. Some are even willing to sabotage their own cause to please the powerful and possibly get new job opportunities with better pay and less stress. Then again, I live in Canada, and we have more pussies and less people willing to fight over there. As I said, the political context is very important to comprehend how any form of power abuse happens. So don't assume that being abused by cops and their ilk is an automatic win in court with $ compensation ; the game is drastically different when your opponent is a cop or other powerful people of the government.

It is hard to find much on Earl Sampson by an actual news organization.  According to CBS news neither the US Department of Justice nor the state nor local authorities have found evidence of wrongdoing.  CBS also says the convience store owner could provide no records Sampson ever worked there. Also the videos provided as evidence by the store owner were edited and many videos the police requested the owner erased.

CBS is an extremely liberal "news" organization so they are not part of some "vast right wing conspiracy" in cahoots with evil racist white cops.

I'll keep an eye on the story but there certainly seems to be more going on there that oppression by evil white cops.

Oh I find your idea to of legal gun owners cheering when someone is wrongfully shot to be absurd. But maybe you have a different idea of what it means to be "wrongfully shot" than I do.

It's not the first time it happens. Really though, anything can be turned into hate symbols (and as such offensive by their mere presence). Pepe is just the latest.

It sucks, I guess (didn't really care about Pepe in the first place) but just like the swastika before it, the symbol of "Pepe" is now so deeply linked to antisemitism, racism, mysogony and so on that yes, he is now a hate-symbol. is it ridiculous? maybe. But not more so than the Swastika.

firstly, they already are commonly recognized symbols. a "few trolls on the internet" can't really change that. Secondly, yeah, it's weird that a frog is a hate symbol but he is very much still a hate symbol at this point. It being a cartoon frog does not change that.

What something means depends on how it is used. I recognize the history behind e.g. the swastika, despite it having a much richer history than what it is associated with (hence what it means) in the present time. But that whole frog deal must have gone on somewhere I wasn't looking, because I've only seen it twice so far, both times as profile pictures in counter strike, so I didn't associate anything with it (except the lady who had it was a bit rude).

A Look at The War On Cops {from a member of Law-Enforcement}
link

Media driven? You have to decide

I had never heard of the following woman but she seems to be a voice of reasonable debate so if you choose to listen, listen carefully to her empathy towards the attitudes of caller’s on the issues, topics or views they raise and how she responds.

Heather Mac Donald - The Washington Journal - The War on Cops
Cops

<imvho> I think this country desperately needs "people of darker-shades" to rise up and reverse this fueled-mentality and save this nation because they MUST or we will ALL end up burnt toast. Far too many <ahem> whites are swallowing the Media's narrative but even the ones that don’t and DO support the protection of ALL Americans on equal footing- are racially handcuffed today - and cannot truly play a role in the crisis, just like <ahem> blacks are NOT allowed to voice an Anti-mind to this madness as they are demonized as Oreos, Judas’, Traitors or far worse.

Here's a Voice that needs to be heard. It is not directly about this subject but it does relate to the overarching problem and he is a sound voice that does need airplay but will likely not get much. Morgan Freeman - not wanting appointed divisions
Mr. Freeman

<imo>Morgan Freeman is a good man and most importantly can think as a free-man (not because he is a rich Star) but because he is not duped by the BS that has taken over Political-strategy, the U.S. media and fueled emotion-driven-minds that are not interested in facts and the rule of law. This false-narrative is unfortunately and "purposely" causing further unnecessary and destructive division in this country. To the point that now, when a Black law enforcement officer is involved the <ahem> coverage,  the mob-reaction is exactly the same as if he WAS white. (see Milwaukee and Charlotte riots) So, when this subversion started, it was lighter-shaded men and now has ballooned into all-shades found in the Police-force. <imo> This is the same age-old "Divided we fall" that Caesar used to conquer other civilizations and the ancient tactic is wrecking havoc in our cities today.

However, in spite of all this, there are many other "skins of a darker shade", i.e. Silk & Diamond, Sheriff David Clarke, or Thomas Sowell to name a few that see this movement for what it is and despise what is being done to "their people". However, once again, sadly, their opinions based on the facts are NOT what the media wants. “Kindling for fires” is what makes a good story and pays salaries and NOT sensible fact based discussion. It is a stark fact that Mobs are driven by emotion not logic nor analysis. Most people I’ve known in the past, no matter their shade knew this to be true. Today I’m not sure about that anymore. At one time, when things went south, I would retreat to a stiff drink or rolled a fat doob for escape but today? I shake my head, wondering what can be done to halt this “uncivil non-rest?”

Sorry for the obnoxious inserted <ahem>s but I was making this point. The whole notion of Color used as Identity and not quick description for emergency was a farce from the start. I care not for the latter either but if I am a fat guy I don’t expect the police to be scouring the countryside for skinny-guys.

If I take a strip of paper that has been coated with white-paint and compared it to my skin? I am NOT White! And you know what? Had I did the same to my friends of "darker-shades" (and I have had many) none would have been found Black or Brown or Yellow. The fact is People are lighter and darker skinned and sometimes even within their own biological family.

There are millions of darker skinned people in manifold positions in American society today that far exceed in careers & rewards than I ever could have achieved from my very disadvantaged start. Is this great stride in Equality in this Nation celebrated? Hell NO! Is the Media reporting and highlighting the vast changes that have happened since MLK’s walk into history? Again, not even close. Instead the history of thoughtless and cruel Racism has been reversed but still working hard at the destruction of American unity but now from behind “Kill Cops! and “Kill Whitey!”

A final consideration about all this; You know, if I wanted to take down a great football team, (on either side of the Atlantic) the first thing I would do is get each member of “the team” mesmerized with single blades of grass on the field, so they could not concentrate on the big ball in play and therefore lose their reason for being there…the freakin’ contest.

Can't say aim expert to say anything about Blacks in Usa but those videos sounds logical to me. Can't comment about minimum payment because here it's law to give what any job union commands. I have heard what it's like, that not "every black people need to work" because weelfare will take care of them. That can hurt yourself if you have no any means to progress in your life, or even getting some benefit to study further.

Equality, is that you have same rules for all. We have here, gypsies that coverment takes care of. Now, it's better when some of them even work today but say 30 years ago, no gypsey in Finland made honest living. Well, it can be cultural thing but the purpose of help should be that you could stand in your own feets in the future. This could be related to everything else, parenting, kids. The video said that coverment programs have failed, I think best way always is to learn the people to "do the things themselfs". I like the fact that they give some jobs to prisoners in our country and help them advance in their life, stopping the circle their life where before if possible.

People doing things themselves is by far the best way but they must be of sound mind, healthy "enough" and have some sort of opportunity, even if only a gateway to better things.

About prison work I agree that there is nothing wrong with a person "fairly convicted" of a crime working to offset his/her incarceration but some of the things happening today in regards to prison labor are troublesome to me.

i.e. Should any work performed in labor be used for making "consumer-goods"? I don't think so. From my pov, any work or service performed by convicted criminals should in the end offset the cost of the entire growing business of Law-enforcement and all the professions it creates and sustains to reduce "taxpayer burden" and NOT go to any outside Corporation...even if that company is making hand-cuffs for Profit.

deandre harris, a black male, found not guilty in beating of white male.

in case this is removed by msn, here is the story:

Quote:
A black man brutally beaten at last year’s white supremacist “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville — and who was later charged with assaulting a white nationalist — was acquitted Friday.

DeAndre Harris, 20, a former special education instructional assistant, was found not guilty by Charlottesville General District Court Judge Robert Downer Jr. on a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery against Harold Crews, a North Carolina attorney and state chairman of The League of the South. If Harris had been convicted, he would have faced up to 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine.

The acquittal is a relief for Harris, who was viciously beaten inside a parking garage next to the city’s police department on Aug. 12, 2017. He suffered a spinal injury and head lacerations that required 10 stitches.

Two months later, his legal path took an unexpected turn when Crews filed a police report and then persuaded a Charlottesville magistrate to issue an arrest warrant in October on a felony charge of unlawful wounding, which carries a five-year maximum sentence. The news was cheered online by white nationalists.

Before issuing his ruling, Downer warned the crowd to “restrain” their emotions. As he spoke, it was unclear how he would rule, and many attendees — nearly all of them Harris supporters — looked worried and distressed. In the end, the judge declared Harris not guilty because he said Harris did not intend to hit Crews and only swung a flashlight at him believing Crews was attacking his friend with a flagpole.

Online sleuths, led by Black Lives Matter activist and Intercept journalist Shaun King, helped track down the identities and whereabouts of several of Harris’s assailants: Jacob Scott Goodwin of Arkansas; Daniel Borden of Ohio; Alex Michael Ramos of Georgia; and Tyler Watkins Davis, of Florida. Their trials are scheduled for late April and early May, though Davis’s trial has not been set yet.

YouTube footage from the rally shows a complicated sequence of events that led up to Harris’s beating, right outside the Market Street parking garage, where dozens of members from the League of the South and Traditionalist Worker Party converged with counterprotesters.

In one piece of YouTube footage, Crews is clasping a large flagpole in front of a black protester, who is tugging on the other end. As the two of them tussle over the pole, Harris swings a flashlight at Crews, appearing to strike him on the head or shoulder.

Moments later, several white nationalists — one of them dressed in military tactical gear and holding a plastic shield — storm into the garage, chasing Harris and forcing him to the ground, where he was brutally pummeled.

Video of Harris’s beating tore through the Internet. The sheer ferocity of the assault heightened the public outcry over the rally that also included the death of 32-year-old Heather Heyer, a counterprotester who was allegedly run over by white supremacist, James Alex Fields Jr., 20. The rally was organized by white nationalists to oppose the removal of a Robert E. Lee statue from Emancipation Park.

After the event, critics questioned the strategy and planning of the Charlottesville police department, whose officers frequently stood off to the side and did not try to halt the skirmishes or get between the protesters and the counterprotesters. In December, an independent review commissioned by the city was released and concluded that the police department’s planning for the event was “inadequate and disconnected” and that the officers’ lack of preparation led to “disastrous” consequences.

The report, prepared by Timothy Heaphy, a former U.S. attorney for the Western District of Virginia, said that after Harris swung his flashlight at Crews and ran into the garage, he either tripped or was pushed to the ground. He was “defenseless against a mob of angry Alt-Right demonstrators” who mauled him with flagsticks, shields and pieces of wood, the report said.

When Harris escaped, the report said, he was found by Charlottesville Sheriff James Brown. By then, the report said, Harris’s head had been split open, and he was bleeding.

A day after the attack, Harris set up a GoFundMe page to raise money for his medical bills — he wound up more than tripling his goal of $50,000.

“We will not let this fade & disappear. People are carrying real hate in their hearts for the Black Community,” he wrote, “and I refuse to just let it happen.”

so, deandre harris was found not guilty. i have no problem with that; because even though he hit a guy in the face with a flashlight, he got his ass beat for it. this video shows the whole thing. the white guy wasnt attacking the black guy with the flagpole when deandre hit him with a flashlight. the only problem i have, is with the likely outcomes of the trials for people who beat deandre. because if you're going to hit someone with a flashlight, and be declared innocent by a judge simply because deandre got his ass whipped for it, then you shouldn't be even attempting to go after the guys who beat deandre. now, if deandre had been declared GUILTY, then it would make sense to hunt down HIS assailants, and bring them to trial, too.

what i want to know is, what is this "counter-protest" snow? that's as unamerican as you can get, imo. anyone has a right to protest, and say, whatever they feel the need to protest, or say. NOBODY has the right to attempt to SILENCE any protester, or tell them they have no right.

and you wonder why violence breaks out. because one group of people thinks they have the right to silence ANOTHER group of people. and that's utter bullsnow. it doesn't matter if they're wrong or not, it doesn't matter even what they stand for. no matter who you are in the u.s., you have a voice. and you should be allowed to USE that voice; but NEVER to attempt to SILENCE another. if there was a group of people that didn't agree with the protesting, all they had to do was, protest on another day. it's not brain surgery, people. this should be easy as hell to understand.

and the cops didn't even do their job. again. big surprise there. can't get involved in snow anymore, because millions of dumbasses on social media will cry "unjust! unjust! unjust!", and the left-wing media will just use it for more of their "all cops are evil and racist" agenda.

and to put even MORE icing on this cake, deandre harris got paid $100,000 through his gofundme page(after the $50,000 for his medical bills). way to go, sjw's. you just paid somebody for being an instigating and violent douchebag, just because he was BLACK and got his ass beat in return for his own act of violence.
