The best place to go would be gog. It was also sold during Humble M&M Bundle for $1, so if you participated in it, you may still download it. Otherwise - I don't know. Maybe in some game shop there is a physical bundle of Heroes I-IV. These ones are very cheap in Poland and cost ~5 euros for all 4 games.

An Asurian, Babylonian theme would fit well with the dwarves actually.Those guys had also huge beards and were masters of armor and walls.They have some very interesting deties that could be integrated as well.
And here is the fun part;THEY have actually GRIFFINs 
This looks scary actually,But you get the armor idea;
This looks also very like the fire dragon from H5.
