Man, I'd like to jump in, but two RPGs mixed with the rest of HC, plus real life = not enough time for all of that.

Having almost no free time sucks. But, behold, a free time has magically appeared out of nowhere (*whispers* out of summer vacation)!
Alright, now that we've gotten that out of the way, I'd like to ask again if there's anyone who'd like to participate in a good old freeform RPG?
I'd also like to ask what setting would you like the game to be in? Would you like a continuation of my previous Allmir storyline, or would you like a fresh start?

and I present two choices:
1. A sci-fi survival in a desert planet complete with ancient alien relics and whatnot
2. Dungeon crawl set in a low fantasy enviroment, in a world which is recovering from several global disasters (global cooling, a plague epidemic, and undead amongst others)
But with such quality newbs like we had in the past few months, doubt anyone will take a bite.

I'm interested in the second option, a medieval post-apocalyptic world, but I would like to hear the mechanics of the game first.

Sounds good to me then, but it won't be much of a dungeon crawler without rolls and stats and all the other specifics that would define it.

I'm more interested in a good narrarative and story telling, and not spending x amount of time looking for a d20 generator online, as gaming dice is a luxury item here.
besides, as I've learned, dicerolls and whatnot discourage ppl from participating in a game.

It gets so complicated to keep track of the numbers that it really doesn't pay off to play like that online, unless you've got dedicated and patient players.
Anyway, I'm all for a new game, I guess you can start the OOC thread and wait for people to check it out.

I'd honestly prefer dicerolls and such, mostly because otherwise my characters are going to be failures.
My real problem with freeform RPGs is that either you restrain yourself too much or too little, and I don't want my characters to seem incredible heroes after all.
Aaaaanyway, I can't get really involved right now, I have exams in this period. Probably from September I'd actually return to having free time for a change.
