Edit creature abilities in WoG

I know we can edit WoG creature stats in ZCRTRAIT.txt. However, this only works for "numerical" stats. If I change the ability columns, this only changes the description. In addition, some creatures have almost no parameters while they have a lot of abilities :

Dracolich [...] -1 to enemy morale. 20% Magic Resist. 20% Block. DOUBLE_WIDE

Only DOUBLE_WIDE is written, while the dracolich can block, fly, etc. So, where are these abilities defined ? (I read it's about Crexpbon.txt, but the file doesn't look like it contains these abilites. If possible, I would like an example with the dracolich because I think it is bugged )

In fact I don't want to create new abilities for creatures, but edit the ones already existing. The tutorial says that we have to create an ERM event at the beginning of the scenario. But is it what is done for standard creatures abilities ? Aren't these abilities written somewhere ?

In txt is only description.
You must using scripts.
There is two types of abilites. If they are dubled (in RoE) it is simple.
Adding:
ZVSE
!#MA:Xn/?i;
!#VRi:|y;
!#MA:Xn/i;
n - unit number
y - ability number
Removing:
ZVSE
!#MA:Xn/?i;
!#VRi:Xy;
!#MA:Xn/i;
n - unit number
y - ability number

Hardest thing is add ability which is only for one unit eg. harpies.
Using experirnce option:

But it doesn't work correctly sometimes...

Put it in Era mods/scripts/data/s folder. Add scripts folder to mods list. This script must be in end of list because it is the most important mod for Era (remowing all other mods abilities you don't want).

Thank you that was useful, but still not exactly what I'm asking Where does the game read that dracoliches have the ability "-1 enemy morale" in the base game ? If that is hardcoded in a ERM script, where is it ?

Can't you make a list of hacks for this habilities or something? I've been asking for the codes to replicate harpies, Master Genies, enchanters, archangels, etc for long and still can't do anything on my own without asking for hacks once more.  
I know, I could learn assembly and do it myself. But it will take more time then I expect to live...

You have better chances by asking him the exact ones you need, as I did for tew4, got pitlords to resurrect horned demons. + there are a lot of already found UN:C hacks about abilities, in Hero of Light mods, Phoenix mod, Algor' Battle Heroes.

If you browse those three, you will already get a big list.
