I wonder who did the skill wheel and how?

You can make a new skillwheel using Javascript, HTML and CSS. I am pretty sure about that - the wheel on mmh7 offical site is written in those languages.

I wonder if I can get the code from somewhere. I am not a developer but I study quickly so if I have an example things will go much faster.

Any other code examples are welcomed as well.
