Really? Never heard of such a thing and Google doesnt list a form either, only a song.
I highly doubt they’d call any form Swedish Blues back in Parker’s day. Is it a new slang or something?

Lol, I didn't even know, it's only us French folks calling it that way
Original naming is either "Be-bop Blues", "Chromatic Blues" "Parker Blues" or even "Bird Blues". But in France we say "Swedish Blues" for some reason.
Source
EDIT Yeah, if I only bothered reading my own sources: Here is the reason:
Charlie Parker was one of the first to popularize this harmonic grid in one of his flagship titles "Blues For Alice". And this title is part of an album called "Swedish Schnapps" released in 1951. We can think that the shortcut was made between this blues and the title of the album.
Also there is a mistake in the chord progression written on that page.

hey sal, you want to save me? recommend me the best list of classical music. i need to expand my collection, and i'm not finding anything striking my fancy. i'm not much intro choral(very picky about that, i've only retained a few tracks i'm fond of), or guitar, but everything else is just fine.
currently listening to this.

Oh man, that's just impossible, there is no such thing as best, it depends which composer and epoch you bond with.
