Red looks great in faceless but i wonder, were the skins from heroes 6 unusable or i am not seeing the models very good from the pic? They are just recolored right?

With the basic Faceless I decided to go with the classic Heroes 6 look (although Darkem did implement a few modifications to differentiate them a bit).
For the upgrade I decided to imagine what would "Faceless Assassins" look like. That was the name of the upgrade during the voting for Dungeon's lineup. Now since the Assassins in Heroes 7 ("Blades of Erebos") were the ones acting outside Ygg-Chall's jurisdiction and many times in their campaign they said that Chaos is their path, then immediately the "chaotic red" color came to my mind.

Here's the description of the Faceless Assassins:
"Faceless Assassins strike fear even amongst their own people. Some say they chose to leave Malassa's paths and instead to embrace Chaos. Others believe they are the bloody claws of Malassa, executing her darkest commands. Whatever the truth may be, the Faceless Assassins are extremely efficient and extremely deadly in their tasks. However, they also constantly balance on the edge of madness."

Do you plan to add more warefare units AS real units for the game? Could u imagine it to bring the healing sister back? She could be something really cool... Idk what is possible but she could be a range dd attacking with light magic that looks like sunburst or even the aoe one or u just make her a healer like she has been in h6, im not sure who she could replace but probably best to replace the shooter with her to allow some dort of alternative playstyle

It depends on how many animations does a warfare unit have in its files. Like walking/flying animations. If there are none, then it's hard to add them. Faceless had their "teleportation" animations in the files - however they were unused in Heroes 7. Until now.

I think the stats are good, u probably  compared EM with other units to get EM right, i just wonder about the Schadowsteel Costs for Upgraded faceless, im not sure if it is too much, isnt it unusual for Elites? I know elementars also need these but hmmm

Edit: maybe give the faceless 1 additional movement and a little less DMG and attack? His abilities are very good already, u think less DMG would be okay for that

5 out of 6 alternative "strong elite" creatures require resources:
- Light Elementals
- Earth Elementals
- Efreet Sultans
- Faceless Assassins
- Air Elementals

This is a new dynamic I'm trying to go for - the alternative creatures may be better then their counterparts (4 of them replace ground troops for flying troops and Earth Elementals are just tanks compared to Deers), but if you want better, you should also pay better .

Oh, okay. I See ure point. I think this is valid, creating stronger alternative creatures for higher costs BUT u should be sure they are so much better, some Ressources can be quite rare sometimes so it is a big point i think, while i agree light ele can be much better because of being a flyer, same for efreet, faceless and air ele, im not so sure about earth ele, sun deer is a good buffer, maybe u should decrease the gold costs a little if u demand ressources, i really woudnt set it too high, even flyer being good especially in town battles

I only got two objections:

1. I think juggernauts/ravagers deserve a little more defence like a +1 to the base or so.

2. The Mermeid should not have the immunity to water. If anything it should be either nothing or just resistance to water. because right now, she is quite powerful as she is and with the stats increase in the upgrade she becomes even stronger. Maybe her defence could be a bit lowered too.
-The same can be told for the Faceless. Maybe the unapgraded version can have resistance to Dark instead of immunity?

Finally, something just for consideration: The shadow panther is at a disantvantage status and ability wise to the sea lef Pirate but on the other hand panthers are cheaper and maybe their weekly growth is bigger?

PS: The weakness idea as an ability is really good!! Not so sure how it fits the panther but intersting nonetheless!!!

They look really gooooood! When are we replacing the medusa? manticores seem a legit choice. And about the lack of elite shooters i say that a strike and return,no retaliation strong elite is the same thing. Moving on.
The evil eye can replace the trog and the stalker can either remain or be replaced by the panther. BAM, instant ashan dungeon!

On a more serious note: I would increase the prices of Nereid and Ravager. Current stat's boost is too significant to make such a small difference in the cost.

I like that Dark Panther receives new ability: weakness. It's an interesting choice that perfectly fits dungeon theme and gameplay style.

There are 3 changes in the lineup (or at least 3 that are not obvious)
1. Efreeti are now in Academy, Air Elementals are in Stronghold
2. Faceless replace Darkness Elementals (Darkness Elementals are neutral again)
3. Kappas join Sylvan as a third alternative

Acid is there any chance for beholders to replace medusas and panthers the trogs till june or later?
Or manticores to go for medusas, behilders as trogs and panthers as stalkers?
I am asking if we can achieve an all ashan dungeon without anything reminiscing enroth. And would you be willing to do it?(you might not like the idea).

The Kappa is an alternative of the Dryad.

As for Beholders, I will try at some point, but since they have very limited animations (basically just attack and hover) the final result might not look good.

For the Manticores - well, they are not in the game right now and animations from H6 still cannot be transferred, so that's a "no for now". But who knows what will happen after the expansion?

well as a ranged unit, aren't those just the animations it needs?and doesn't it have a dEFEND and hit animation as a warfare unit?as for walking it can just be idle while moving. it floats so i don't know if there is a prob with that. it would still look better than the over-sped strider animation...
lets hope they add the manticore. if the beholder can be added, can it take the place of the medusa stat-wise?
