The mod has almost 2GB  , so it takes longer than expected, I also need to compress that somehow.

After reading through the entire thread I must say that I am very impressed by the work you guys have done! It makes me want to install Heroes 7 and the editor again and start modding the game myself. I might actually do that soon anyway just to learn the ropes of the tools.
I know that this is nitpicking but I was thinking of perhaps changing the camera. I really liked in Heroes 5 how you had a lot of free range with the camera perspectives. I hated the one in Heroes 6 and although the one in Heroes 7 is better it still feels a bit too restricted for me.
Also modding Heroes 7 would give me a reason to actually get creative again(with blender and GIMP).

Yes, it is entirely possible to switch camera perspective as you want.

I learned to never estimate dates again New problems arise everyday and they need to be fixed  Either tonight or tomorrow though, I got to go on Monday and I will release the mod by then even if I leave some bugs slip in.

It's not bigger than usual Limbic patches which usually include much less stuff
Btw. I wonder how big their next patch is planned to be ...

When did the number go that high??? 50 new units? How many have new abilities? Are there also individual dwellings for those or just the magical menangeries?

I don't know if it is worth releasing it now, before the expansion, or waiting until after the expansion since we got this close to the expansions release.
Maybe it is better to wait and see the global patch on expansions release and what it adds/fixes and then Lizard et al can work their magic
