How to get to the United States?
Sooo... I lost at the #$&#@#$&@# Green Card Lottery. Again.
I don't quite get it, to be honest. Why is US even bothering? i mean, a frigging LOTTERY? Why live something like immigration to CHANCE? I mean, I'm a Master's Degree of Telecomunications with a vast understanding of quite a few of modern systems, 3 full years of experience, proficient in English and I lose via blindluck to some random dude from Mozambique - a guy who finished elementary school only and has pathetic English. W0000t are you doing US? who would benefit you more, me or him? 
Are there other ways you can think of to get to US? I'm certainly no parasite and I don't even want any social benefits at all.
Now, I did some research, of course, I know about employee visas and stuff, I know you can have a job interview via Skype and receive an employee visa afterwards if you're hired, but that just sounds so risky... getting fired (for 9001 reasons, not necessarily competence, ie. you and your boss don't get along) means getting tossed out of US, eventually, and having to return "home". Now that's a depressing thought.
So, I'm asking you, dear Americans: perhaps you know other clever ways to get to the US and STAY THERE? Ways that don't include marrying a 60-year-old widow for the green card, being smuggled inside a freighter through the mexican gulf and such, that is.

Why specifically the US? If primary issue is you want to get out of Poland there is plenty other countries?

The US generally ship most jobs overseas, so if you're looking for a US job you'd be good we're you're at! But yeah, other wise if you want to be a permanent resident you'd best find some ugly broad who'd marry you for YOUR wealth... Lotta lazy arses here that like to live off of Uncle Sam....and everyone else.... >.<

Why are you going for the US? Poland is a member of the EU couldn't you find a job easier in say the UK? As far as I know the only way for you to stay here permanently is to become a naturalized citizen, something, I do not recommend.

Apply for a degree program (student visa), find a job, get sponsored by employer, apply for green card.

errr, yeah, why United States and not one of the other EU countries?
Also, if your skills are in telecommunications than Gorman's got a point about a lot of those jobs already being shipped overseas.

Polish minority in the UK is one in the top 3 in the list of crimes commited by minorities, along with Romania and Lithuania.
So I guess DF doesn't ant to be a victim of prejudice and such.
Polaks are hated throughout Europe.
along with the rest of the eastern bloc they're just white n words.

It happens that I am romanian and I was never a victim of racial prejudices as you claim. I have dozens of polish friends and they are very respected in our artistic environment. When I travel to UK I see exactly same situation, in Germany too. There is no racism towards eastern people as a whole, but just justified scorn toward the criminals among them.
It's funny that Europe is depicted as a racist core yet everyone wants to get in.
Don't listen to what media tells you, come here and see with your own eyes.

they often prefer criminals from Poland or from other countries than honest people...they don't punish criminals properly...their fault and silliness...

I don't want to repeat the same snow everyone here heard 9001 times, so let's keep it nice and clean:
1. I only know english, so English speaking countries only
2. It's not too hot to be a Pole in UK
3. USA is awesome.

About illegal emmigration: I actually heard that if you work normally and pay taxes, the anti-immigration facilities don't care that much about you, anyone willing to confirm it?

1. Git gud. Or alternatively go to the Netherlands or Belgium. They don't care that you only speak English.
2. It honestly doesn't matter from where you came from since they don't care about nationalities as much while they are preoccupied with their class wars. It doesn't matter what class you are from or what qualifications you have since the UK is a capitalist hellhole(much like the US) and your status is dependent on your bank account and nothing else.
3. Trump. That and guns plus crap healthcare system means the US is below Canada in my ranking atleast.
