I wouldn't like to kick him out either, but in all fairness I think he hasn't been online for a week.
Let's make the deadline the fair one, I'd say he has untill the end of the event to at least respond, and of course he's always welcome to come back in the future

This guild has been created a bit on the feeling and things have been going on for quite a while now along new recruits so I think it is the appropriate time to establish clear rules and policy.
GUILD RULES AND POLICY
# This guild is first and foremost for HC members, any outsider (not registered in the forums) is considered a mercenary and can be kicked out without notice at any time (but never in the last 24h of the event).
# This guild requires motivation and commitment, as such each member must have a minimum of 5k Prestige by the end of the challenge.
# When a member has been scoring consistently high (above 8k) for a few challenges in a row he is allowed to rest for one once in a while. This is being supervised by Markmasters and myself.
# If a member has some RL sidetracking and has no other choice than to skip a challenge, he must contact either Markmasters or me via HCM beforehand. If the challenge is a heated one, we might put that member temporarily on the bench but won't if it isn't deemed necessary (no difference in guild ranking).
# Any member on the bench can apply back in the guild at anytime whenever he feels he can commit and will take priority over mercenaries.
Aside the 5k requirement recently introduced by Markmasters this is what I have been following and while not perfect I feel it is keeping the guild both competitive and friendly, but if you feel I've missed anything or if you disagree with something, please let me know with a HCM.

BTW anyone has any experience with the Cocatrix? The Battle Tower gave me a 3 dots Muse and now I am more interested by the smaller essences so I wonder if it's worth it to get the 4 dots Cocatrix.

I fought one once, nothing special I guess. For an air medium he's decent, better than those kangaroos or sand demons.

Correct me if I am wrong,but...isn't the cocatrix a large creature and the kangoroo a ground unit? Oo
For the rules:read them,ok with them and will be fulfilling them in each point.

I got one myself (3 dots) it's alright but rather squishy. However I like to use it in combination with the elephant, since it has a solid stun and deals decent damage
250% power damage and a 5 turn stun. But it has only 6k hp on lvl 75 (2150 luk though)

5 turns stun! Low HP (I assume this is without the totems?) indeed but also 250% PWR damage I like, how much PWR at lvl 75?

Ok... So I asked my question (about the missing greater essence) to their email/help support, and they freaking BLOCKED ME.
Why? There wasn't even a harsh word in it! Maybe because I send it twice? But somebody told me they aren't working in the weekend, and I still haven't got a reply...
That is real low though, some people complain and get free stuff, I don't even get my missing greater essence..
Also my connection is very low, probably can't defend myself, and are beaten out of top 10 again like always... Why creature quest? why?

Just wanted to assure you that we haven't blocked you on our support email (nor have we ever done this to anyone). Is your email not coming through to us or is there a message saying you're blocked? Maybe try emailing our info@vcmobile.net email instead? You've been trying to email help@vcmobile.net, correct?

Excellent. Thanks for that tidbit, it's more than enough.
Oh, one more thing. I contacted support and they said they would manually award me some level rewards, but they only sent me 1x of each color idol, 6 in total. I was kinda expecting the level 100 Eternal Essence and mentioned it, but I didn't get back to them to inquire about it since I didn't wanted to appear demanding and unappreciative. Now I can't help but wonder if something went wrong, could you please check?

As the Peri states stevie: be carefull what you wish for, now everybody that missed out of that greater essence (and more) will want that  .....we'll being nightmares to the team.
In fairness. I think it sucks for us to miss out on it. On the other hand it gives newer players a small edge to keep up with the higher levels.
Glad to see you back hungry dragon! Many qiestions habe been asked past few weeks here so it seems we really missed you

Yes I send it to helpinfo email, the first time there was nothing, the second time I received some email back from hotmail that my email was not received and that it was blocked. Anyway, thanks for this reply, I will try the new email.
Question: how do I let you guys know which account is mine? What should I post in the email? Is there a code or player number anywhere? Or is my username or email enough?

@hungrydragon, out of curiosity, I wrote to support a few weeks ago to suggest using Unicode for player and guild names (mostly Cyrillic I gather) to avoid displaying "boxes". They responded I have to use the corresponding locale on my phone to see these symbols as opposed to using the Unicode support. I happen to know Cyrillic but use the English locale as a primary one on my phone.
I work in software engineering myself and this seems to me a cheap/easy/non-risky change to make, a low hanging fruit really. I wonder if this ever popped up on your agenda?

So the guild ranked 8 this time, a huge thumbs to all those of you who contributed to this ranking! 
We had some sweet moments during the last hours, notably with Luna jumping from rank 18 or so up to rank 3, and congratulations specifically to Stevie who managed to get rank 1, outmatching the p2w players with his strategy and dedication, impressive!!
Sadly however I could notice a few guild members are still not taking the PvP seriously, last time the 5k rule was a bit fresh and I decided to overlook this (and I even got blamed for this), but -out of respect to the members who are actively doing their best- I cannot do so everytime. In my opinion, purposely not (or barely) playing during the last hours of the challenge is rude to the other players, if everyone had been pushing like most we could have entered the top 3 or at least not far from it, if everyone could break the 10k prestige everytime (which requires getting 2k a day and keeping them, nothing too fancy really) I am confident we can get in top 3, at least for Epic challenges. Most of the players are now much higher level and with better creatures and better knowledge of the game mechanics than when they joined (another thought for Stevie who around 2 months ago just started playing). I've been trying to help my best in this thread by answering questions and giving advice as well as Markmasters who took the time to write some guides for all's benefit.
Honestly I tried to keep this guild noob-friendly as long as possible but the harsh reality of CQ's competitive environment (and I didn't realize it immediately) is that it requires serious mobilization. Most of the guild is mobilized, but I feel some are unwilling to follow the lead and that is harmful to the guild: as we are going, a dreadful rift has appeared between the lowest and highest ranking players which is hard to overlook: 15k vs 4k.
As such, as much as I appreciate them, I cannot keep on protecting Yasmiel and AxeTerio ad vitam aeternam because I also feel I owe the dedicated and mobilized players of this guild a better guild ranking. And after this last challenge I definitely think with a little more effort HC Kreegans can enter top 3, so I certainly want to aim for it.
I've been keeping the door shut for others to participate in this adventure much longer than I usually do because they are fellow HCers, but I think others also deserve their shot to make it fair for everyone.
Unless the GM-Assistant and/or the other Officers disagree with me (please send me an HCM with your thoughts as soon as you can) they will be put on the HC bench shortly.

If I may correct this just a bit boss:
We made guild rank 7, I jumped from 38 to place 2 (not worth it from safe place 3,but damn,it felt good) and Stevie placed also 2nd 
Just a little detail in number correction ^^
Edit: AxeTerio had the 5k a few hours before event end and couldn't play the rush hours,i even saw a screen of it!@Galaad
