Can i sue Ubi?
So a while ago i played might and magic heroes legacy X (which is a decent game to be honest).
And there is a badguy named Markus Wolf,
my Ubi account has been MarkusLeWolf since early heroes 5.
I feel offended and used! 
How much money can I sue them for, who wants to be my lawyer?

Ok, first of all, you can't sue them, if a player is bad, it's not your problem, but, if a character in game is named after you, make sure you remind them about your copyright (if you have any at all), since they have to pay you an amount of money gained from sales, because they used your name.
And if so, I'll be your lawyer

Get Omega on the case.
If sume dude sued Redbull for not giving him wings and actually WON the case, you're in for some easy cash man.

But this is Ubitopia we are talking about. After all, they did try to have France (and Canada) to "protect the market from *hostile takeover*".
Fairly certain they also have those strange Terms of Use. What else to expect that they wrote they have nothing to do with the customer that bought their product, which can be labeled as a threat to some anti-virus programs.

Red Bull is a double dosage of false advertising. Not only can you not receive the ability to fly, but the logo has one bull too many. Either that or change it to Red Bulls.

If you want to sue ubi, get in line. They copy-pasted my campaign proposal and used it for Danse Macabre, which was made 6 months before they even announced the dlc
