Sorry Buddy I known you a while & you know I dont get like this ever.
I guess some people just know how to push my buttons.
I will try my best but as long as the Mods going to play this favortism & letting things get out of hand I wont stop.
Mayhaps I learned some things from Mocara a little too much but I think I supported the tavern well & I get abused by one person & it seems they love it.
One thing I really hate is when someone twist my words to make me look like the bad guy then runs & hides like a cheap shot.

I'm not a ToHer and I probably shouldn't be in this discussion anyway; but I really must say that the above has been very well said. A few of the ToHers or Tavern dwellers do not make up the whole of them, and I do hope that the image of the ToH and Tavern would not be affected by these IMAGINATIONS (as I almost had before... how naive of me).

Yes Malkia just like me & it's not just a war between tohers & the tavern but we also fight amongst our selves but people seem to like replying acusations without knowing the truth.

My 2 cents....
I woulnd't call it a feud between toh and the tavern.
I'd say that toh has nothing but the highest contempt for the tavern--not without good reason.
There's 2 schools of thought for Internet forums in general.
I won't explain it in detail, as there are others who are much better at it than I am. I'd recommend what Bolty from the Lurkerlounge had to say on running one. His was a class act.
Toh and the tavern are perfect examples of these 2 schools.
If toh and the tavern were brothers, toh would be the smarter, more conservative brother. The tavern would be the wildly creative, in-desperate-need-of-ritalin little brother.
Going to the tavern is like visiting Alice in Wonderland.
It has pretty much turned into bedlam over the last 6 months. But that isn't a bad thing. It just means that people need to check their egos at the door before stepping in. Unfortunately, kids and young adults have a hard time of that and really don't know where to draw the line.
And face it tavern-goers, most of the tohers think you're dweebs. If you're looking for their respect, be unapolgetic about it.
As for toh, they're elitists and they know it. I'm guessing that they come here to blow off steam because if they do it over at the toh side, Mocara and others get REALLY nasty really quick. Not to say that they're scared, it's just not worth the hassle when there's an "Anything goes" forum one mouse-click away.
Harrumph, by the way this is a stupid thread. Mods--please delete it.

Hiya, I've been reading this thread - and it sounds to me like there is agreement that it's not really a war between the 2 groups but just a flame fest between certain select people.
Its a shame that this goes on in a place we call Heroes Community, Community should be a happy safe place
I've been reading here lately (i'm a newbie to the tavern circiut) and find that there's a strong sense of Community in the Tavern that i don't see so much in ToH board - so hats off to you guys for having a good time. Plus you're all just pretty darned funny  Tho i will say that having read the tell the whole truth thread i know way more about Aculius and Hamsi than i ever needed to  LOL
Anyways, i think Toh board just wants to stick to straight talking tactics related to their tourney, and they have little use for the light stuff unless it comes from someone they've known and respected ages. I'm not judging either way, im speaking as a Bastard Tourney co-ordinator Our board is full of tactics and tossing, and we always have fun, I invite any of you interested to check it out btw its www.hommbastards.com
Lastly, while i've prolly bored you all enuff with my sensless rambling, i'd like to quote my favorite aussie bastard Rychen with something he posted at our board

Yeehaw!!! This thread is ALSO being turned into Gootch/Wesley fight (even if it's a joke or whatever)! Can't you guys.. stop!?. well basically I've only seen Wes flaming Gootch..
Also Wes didn't understand Gootch's analogy (about the brothers) in which He described the way the two boards act, not the intelligence level of their posters.. And also, Wes, This is a HEROES community.
Also wanna add I agree with the analogy.. because Most of ToH"s threads are about ToH (unbelievable, isn't it?) and HoMM.. basically a discussion (though not always a polite one ) of them.. Here, on the other hand, we come to fully enjoy Non-HoMM topics.. basically posting lots and lots of stupid threads.. and some good.
I would say thet ToH is - Strategy of HoMM, Tavern - RPG of HoMM..
BTW, stop flaming. Dom't bother replying to this also, as I won't answer..

I remember...
having "little problems" with TOH folk way back in one thread called "Retired"...
It was nice little chat overall...
Anyway...
Shae and I used to fight over this thing all the way.
As I am little bit to perverted side I sometimes knowingly teased Shae and said maybe some things to get something like fighting going on. I'm sometimes irritating people but hey that's my nature...but can't help myself, can I?
Rychen never said me tosser if I remember right but I was tossing all the way those days now I do it much more seldomly...like now example.
What I can see is that there aren't really any war going on. Pandora summarized whole issue pretty well along with Craighack with who I had some war of words going on before also but because we are both reasonable persons...or at least I know now that Craig is clever guy who drinks tea just like me.
It's hells way when certain people never understood my sarcasm and my selfirony. It's hard to say something in Internet message board when everybody have their opinion ready and fired before they have even read your posts.
So it's all about prejudice...well not exactly because even if all the illusions are revealed people can still hate each other but there's also way of ignorement and thinking with your head and not with your ego.
Sorry if I have sometimes hurted anyone on this forum with my words but truly (Takes mask off) I'm just Jerry Springer in disguise as Arachnid once pointed out...
