Disable experience for heroes

Hi.
Anyone know if there is any patch to disable experience or reduce it when winning the battles ? Maybe in WOG ? This is stupid when Imps with good hero killing Archangels with bad hero...
Any ideas ? I play HoMM since H2 but today I think H3 is not well balanced in compare to H4.

It isn't, it's what allows for each level of a campaign to be harder then the previous and what makes Heroes so much better then other strategy games. Since prims beat army you can't 'sit' in a safe area until you have massed a big army and if you risk and lose many troops but win the fights the experience bonus you gain MAY be enouch for you to remain competitive. This is the base for a much more interesting gameplay.
Notice that what they frequently did in WoG was to increment the experience bonus gainned from battles: creatures gainning experience, henchman, commander artifacts, etc...

Also levels are limited to a degree where even if you really try on a normal map, getting past level 30 or 40 is not going to happen. That is 30-40 prim stats distributed to 4 attributes. That may put your Barbarian hero from 4 to 16 in Attack, which may be about the same you'd get from your artifacts, not to mention stat boosters on the map.

So I'd prefer more levels not fewer.

Me OTOH would prefer lesser artifacts, a level 1 hero equiped with the Angelic Alliance shouldn't be better then a level 30 without any artifacts but that's another story.

You can always go in map editor and turn on "Limit Hero Experience Level to".

There's no OTOH about it because that's my view point as well.

It's not the case. I was looking for a way to limit the impact of experience in order to practice pure tactics, only when it comes to the type of troops you have, not heroes. Just for fun.
Thanks RoseKavalier for showing the way : )

Experience is from hp of creatures. You must reduce health p by 2x and hit p 2x to. Ballance will be the same. Or ERM script... But better option is more skill levels because leveling is funny but too short.
