@Hermes

That doesn't seem much of a stretch though. I mean sure, if you watch the battlefield you can also recognize enemy combos and maybe switch targets if something goes wrong but the important parts are health bars and cooldowns which are out of combat.

I'm not sure whether some people are just not strategically minded and low IQ or if they are suckers for Ubisoft if they are willing to pay 20 bucks for a rehash of existing assets and an obvious money grab.

Elvin, I don't know, when I'm playing the game Im glued to the screen looking out for the visual cues, switching targets,  changing my rotation etc. although it would be cool if they added free movement and AoE spells, or maybe allow the player to directly control creatures as well (not sure yet whether it is a good idea or not)

Lizard warrior, are you that PC gamer reviewer? If not you can piss the right off with your insults mate

20$ plus ,,micropayments" = 50? 100? $ for a lot  old resources and some new and painting tool. Expensive. I dont play it but price is too low as I see. We must wait how it will be for a few months. Maybe its only for rich people.

The way I understood it, there won't be microtransactions. Expensive still. I remember H6, H7 and even the freaking H6 adventure packs were ridiculously overpriced. Ubi is testing people's intelligence and patience.

Yes there were. I didn't insult anyone on this forum but you did.

Actually I didn't insult anyone at all as gaming critics get paid for their 'reviews' and it is my consumer right to express an opinion on their product.

By the way, the game has NO micro transactions at the moment.

And it also costs 20 bucks, there should be no discussion about micro-transactions ever. Do they deserve a prize for not having micro-transactions in a game that costs actual money to play? This should be a no-brainer.

Well Galaad I'm not a dev so can't guarantee anything .

I think the price is ok. I have seen worse. The game cost me 30 Australian dollars, whereas Halo Wars 2 is 89.

I'd like to remind "certain individuals" in this topic of the CoC, where it clearly states that aggravating other forum members and/or using abusive language is forbidden. Drop it or the Mod Sword starts a-swingin'!

Do you say the same about literally every second game on the market? Overwatch anyone?

In their defense, unlike this Recycling Showdown we got there, other games have original assets But micro-transactions in a paid game are cancer nonetheless.

I agree.. But that's the nature of the beast these days.

Anyway I will play more today and see how it goes. So far it's a 6-7/10 game for me, closer to 6. To get to an 8-9 category it needs about double to Tripple amount of heroes, some single player and more control in the battle (AoE spells, movements, etc). Skill upgrades would go a long way too.

Yeah, from what i've seen the game doesn't really have any depth to it at all, you only control one unit and you basically give your hero and units abilites.

I feel like they only put this game out just for the sake of putting something out, it doesn't seem to have any real direction.
