What to play - BG2:EE or SoD?
So I have finished BG:EE, Black Pits, and I have 17th level Char (Diviner, blackskinned half-elf) in my previous version of BG2:EE.
So what is better to play, restart 2+ v BG2:EE on LoB difficulty with those char, or for the first - get through SoD?
What a difference between "Import Game" and import "Character" ?
What level cap for starting the game in SoD?

You start the second game at lvl 7. Whether you want to restart with a new character or carry over, whatever suits you. Bg2 has plenty of useful companions so you can have a solid team whatever you play.
Not sure about the rest.

I jsut want to walktrough BG2EE on the hardest possible difficulty. In the version v2+ it is Legacy of Bhaal, (also, right now I modifying my GUI mod for v2+, to make my gameplay comfort!  ).
My previous walktrough, on version BG2EE v1.3.2 is now on stage Chapter five, with all possible plots resolved. Level 17, Diviner.
When you starting new game on BG2EE, you can import character and start the new game even on 17th level (the difficulty of monsters will be changed respectively...), but all your remembered spells will be consumed  .. This is pretty sux...
Also I will play with the all mods that increasing difficulty, that I have fond - SCS and Tactics for EE.
But I am on pending state, I do not know - To start SoD, or BG2EE.
Is my char from BG2EE can be imported into SoD
What a difference between "Import Game" from BG1EE to BG2EE and import character, can be imported the game from SoD to BG2EE?

The problem that I cannot get SOD right now, so I need to decide, to wait a SOD, then start it, that teleport character to BG2EE after finish, OR to start BG2EE right now instead.
That because I am asking.
