Where to download H4 Util? My link is dead

So, I wanted to give H4 util a go... mainly because painting terrain on maps by hand is a pain, so generating maps with pictures would be nice.

But the link I had is no longer working:

From where to download latest version currently?

If all links are down, could anyone upload?

And is there a complete guide to it?
