Displaying Chinese Characters
As many single-player map enthusiasts will know, Chinese characters aren't displayed correctly in English Heroes 3 and will be converted into gibberish.
A while ago, I got a Chinese Language Applicant program from this map: http://www.maps4heroes.com/forum/opinions.php?map_id=945&game=3
It looks like it's no longer given, so just in case you want to try, I uploaded it here:

Basically, you choose your Heroes 3 executable, and it's supposed to display the characters correctly now. Only problem is... it doesn't seem to work.
It says it was developed for Windows XP, so maybe the problem is I'm using Windows 10. I've tried Chinese locale and installing all Chinese language packs, and it still doesn't work. Not to mention the problem of if you want to use HD mod with this.
Is there any way to get it to work? Or a way to make an HD mod plugin to display Chinese characters?
