I didnt dislike it but it's more ordinary than the other ones, it's James Cameron style action pack with more formulaic plot devices. Ridley Scott first creates a perfectly claustrophobic atmosphere and then by not showing you the monster at once, slowly lets you build it up in your imagination, it's top notch development. The second movie is more of a shoot them up. I like the third, and the fourth though, they are closer to the spirit of the first movie. But then it is also kind of repetitive.

I like his early works, Life on Mars, Space Oddity etc, not very much into his dance stuff afterwards.
