Reseting the Conflux/Dynasty profile
I always wondered if it is possible to reset the Conflux/Dynasty/Altar of Wishes profiles, because I have made mistakes wwhen using the seals to buy content at the altar of wishes thinking I would be able to get it all...

Currently I have 1460 seals in my 'bank', and only two items left in the Altar of Wishes: the Mother Namtaru and Breeder Queen portraits. Both cost 1600 seals.
I've got a number of achievements left that I need to get (which are worth 100+ seals each), the total amount should be sufficient to buy the last two items. And if not, well...who cares about those portraits anyway  .

But the point is, back then I exploited a bug with the browser version of the conflux/altar of wishes that allowed to buy everything no matter how much seals you got, but since the amount of seals is negative and there is no way to make it positive again...

Hey guys, did you manage to solve the problem? I also have -1 of seals in the game for the same reason

no, I just created a new Uplay account and bought the game again, and honestly I don't regret it ^^

Well I was thinking about the same idea - I probably won't do it as I really just want to play the campaign (and I won't give them more money). I actually wrote to Ubisoft support back then when the game was still "supported" but got no meaningful reply.
