Question about the witcher 3 requirements
I would like to play it and minimal config says
Processor: Intel CPU Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz,
Graphics: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 660 or AMD GPU Radeon HD 7870
My comp specifics are:
CPU Type QuadCore Intel Core i5-4570, 3200 MHz (32 x 100)
Video Adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 (2 GB)
Should I buy it or needs upgrade of something?
Thanks

From what you posted what you have is above minimal requirement, but you didn't post the RAM, how much RAM do you have?
On a side note i-5 is starting to get old so replacing your processor with an i-7 wouldn't be a waste anyway.

For ram I have only 4 but planning to go to store today and getting 4 more, thats why I skipped it. I am somehow noob in the other fields, like video card and processor speed. Anyway I bought it 2 days ago on gog because there was a deal of -75% price so it was only 15 euros. Now staring at my screen while waiting to download 10x4Go files. Should take 8 hours.

Just out of curiousity, do you use your computer for anything serious (unlike surfing the net etc.) other than gaming?

Ok yeah after you get the extra RAM (I saw 6 is minimum, 8 recommended) you should be good to play it. If you want to play it in Ultra settings all smooth you may need to update your processor to i-7, but that would be for enhanced visual orgy.

I'm with GeForce GTX 960 and AMD FX 8300, 16 GB RAM and the game runs very smoothly on high + ultra details mix and looks gorgeous. Your CPU and GPU are quite OK but you'll certainly need at least 4 GB more RAM.

okay, looks like everything fits now, do you guys play with mods? And if yes, how do you install mods on gog version, if this is what you have? Also what mods would you recommend (outside those enhancing visuals, as my video card not enough for)

My PC is getting really old, 8 years at least. I also got a less prehistoric laptop but I don't use it for gaming (besides gog games).

oh boy, the game looks great, but so much scripting, I hate that crap. Played for 2 hours, 110 minutes were cinematic scenes/dialog then it puts you suddenly in front of attacking mobs, without time to master the 16524 attack types and corresponding buttons.

You didn't play the tutorial, did you? There are only 2 attack types and 2 defensive moves + parry (which isn't very useful outside of some niche situations) and Signs. Compared to, say, Blade of Darkness, the game is arcade-level in dueling complexity.

Yes I did, but I got somehow confused as most of times it says "you can't do that" then no reaction after pressing key. But I made a mistake as I assigned moving to keyboard up/down/left/right keys thus it matches all the games I played previously, thus it is impossible to handle in battle with the others keys to press (rolling down etc). Had to select the default again.
Also my experience in open world is Morrowing->Oblvion->Skyrim then Gothic 3 and thats all. This one looks more complex.
