I used only the tracks that I had in high quality, were on official CDs and/or werent short jingles or remixes.
Even with those restrictions it was still nightmare to upload 10h+ long 5GB+ big video on YT

I miss the opera in PoL versions but yes I can add those alternative tracks as a bonus at the end.

Got all the alternate tracks from PoL in high quality so will upload them tonight. Not sure about the "Sand theme" quality but will also check it.
UPDATE: So as I cannot directly update already uploaded video I made special BONUS one where are all those missing themes.

I just found out that YouTube will automaticaly downgrade high quality sound from 320 kbps to 120 kbps for mp4 *sadPanda*
But I guess it is still good enough 
if I had known it, I'd have saved some time and MBs but whatever
